Our newest “TURTLE SPA HOUSE”, will be our 3rd beach house for the rental market, and we have named it Turtle Spa III beach house. Our beach house is located two minutes from the beach on the quieter side of the barrier island. Turtle Spa III has been completed renovated and features 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, with Beautiful Gulf Beach Views and features a brand-new saltwater gunite pool with a waterfall and tanning ledge. Improvements include all new paint inside and out and we have updated all appliances to stainless steel and have installed a Geothermal air conditioner to ensure all your A/C needs are taken care of. Our newest Beach house is located with direct gorgeous views of the Gulf, with a huge deeded county beach access a few feet away. Another bonus of the house is that we have outfitted our garage with a ping pong table and a second refrigerator, and a gas grill. For your enjoyment, the front and back of the house have decks for you to enjoy the beautiful water views. We provide everything you need for your stay to save you time and money, including beach chairs, paper products, beach towels, and common cooking spices. For your vacation sleep needs our bedrooms windows have blackout curtains, comfy mattresses and nice linens and pillows. For fun Pool & Beach days, we also have a outside shower to help rinse off our beautiful white sand. Extra Bonus-if you arrive early on your check in day, you can unload groceries in the garage fridge and head to the beach or pool! Pets considered in the non Summer months.
