We stayed for 1 night as this is the most nearest hotel to the airport. They provide free shuttle between hotel and the airport. The staff were great and friendly. We had our dinner at their restaurant and it was amazing! Dont bother finding other nearby restaurant, just try their restaurant. The breakfast was okay, not so bad, as there were few options for you to choose. Overall, im happy with their service and will stay there again. Thanks for the great hospitality.

This hotel is very conveniently placed near the airport, with a free shuttle. Room is clean and tidy, staff are very nice and polite. Only bad point is that the food is not very good, I think all products are frozen and not fresh. But breakfast is quite nice with lot of choice. I would recommend if you need hotel before / after your flight

The staff (from front desk to the waiter), they are all polite and always at hand when you need assistance. Hotel driver is almost immediately available if you want to be sent anywhere nearby. Food at the restaurant was alright, if you're not fussy. It was a relaxing break. You can book for a massage in the comfort of your room.

一般般，前台工作人員很熱情，離機場很近，就是welcome juice有點難喝（吧枱的飲料要改善一下。我們臨時住一晚 ，第二天凌晨飛）

房間非常乾淨 酒店服務員的服務很到位很有禮貌 早餐不是太好 賓館附近的商超很少 吃飯要出去很遠 床單被罩很乾凈很舒服

Je me suis rendu à l'hôtel la veille de min départ à l'aéroport ! Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Il y a toutes les commodités sur place. La navette pour se rendre à l'aéroport est gratuite. Je recommande donc cette hôtel dans lequel j'ai passé un bon séjour

I was greeted with neat rooms and a wonderful hinely ambience. The hotel bring the nature of Lombok. We were treated like a family members. I did expect a 5 star service based on review. 2 nights stay by enjoying famaly trip to central Lombok. Gracias

All staff trained well about the service. For example if I need any help for something one of them assisted my family well. 3 or 4 star hotel match to my whole stay. We got the spa discount, room and food. They provide free shuttle from 8 oclock in the morning which is very good for me to catch the flight. Keep it up
