We upgraded to an executive room, which was very comfortable. We could not get near enough to the hotel on arrival to park and check in. There is a small very narrow lane way that runs from Wellington St to Murray St with no indication of which way the traffic flows. We parked up eventually on Murray St in a multi storey and fortunately our one suit case was easily wheeled the 100 metres or so to the hotel. The hotel info was all available on the room tv screen. I checked breakfast times and saw it was served up to 10-30 am on a weekend. Next morning we arrived at breakfast at 9-45 am. The waiter looked somewhat taken aback. There was only enough orange juice for 1 person, the tank on the tea maker was dry, there was no butter or bacon. The water tank was refilled, butter produced. The chef lifted the lid of the scrambled eggs and they looked disgusting. I asked the waiter if we could have a fried egg. He had to go find the chef. He cooked the eggs, burnt on the bottom runny white on the top. My breakfast at a cost of $30 consisted of one slice of toast 3 mushrooms, half a scoop of congealed baked beans and half of a very sad looking tomato, plus the delicious burnt egg, one cup of black tea. I heard the waiter and chef grumbling together about breakfast times and their attitude prevented me from complaining and asking for fresh food. It transpired that breakfast time had been changed to finish at 10am. The receptionist enlightened me as we checked out next day. There was still a sign on reception saying that breakfast on a weekend lasted until 10 -30am. Needless to say we breakfasted elsewhere next day. It's a soul less hotel, with about as much vibe as a grave yard. We used the fantastic bar of the new Novotel directly behind Rydges. I also found we could have stayed there at a cheaper rate! Will not be returning.

L'emplacement était plutôt pratique ! Les chambres sont propres et les lits sont moelleux. Le ménage a été rapide à ma demande pour réparer le coffre-fort de la chambre et apporter une serviette supplémentaire. Comme j'ai réservé une chambre double pour 3 personnes, je m'attendrais à ce que 3 ensembles de tous les utilitaires soient prêts, tels que 3 bouteilles d'eau, 3 serviettes et 3 tasses, mais il n'y avait que 2 ensembles chacun, et après le ménage nettoie la chambre la serviette supplémentaire est supprimé et non remplacé. Ce serait bien s'il y avait des peignoirs et des chaussons de chambre, qui n'étaient pas fournis.

Un grand merci au personnel de la réception qui a traité mon enregistrement le soir du 3 avril. Super sympa et à l'écoute patiemment et a répondu très efficacement lorsque j'ai demandé de l'aide. L'emplacement est génial et proche des pubs, la musique/caisson de basses peut durer des heures constantes. Dans l’ensemble, c’est une bonne expérience et je reviendrai.

Great location, friendly staff. Met our expectations. Decor is a little dated and old and the hotel restaurant and bar were closed for renovation which is a pity, but the hotel was convenient to walk to food outlets, trains and attractions.

The hotel location is incredible. Centrally located and well connected. The parking in the area is a kitchen costly. The staff and service are average. Staff seemed too stressed out, and while breakfast is just interested in your room number. One day, we were asked about 4 times what our room number was! The reception staff seemed like just doing the job..we asked for ice and were told to pick up from under the stairs. When we reached there there is no way to take the ice. So we went back and asked and were told oh sorry they forgot to give us the ice bucket...no apologies..just that the buckets are in the restaurant. So to end it really incredible location,room decor, staff and service can really improve.

Good value for its price level. Basic room, clean enough despite being rather dated (still using the traditional key with that big plastic attachment). Check-in staff, breakfast & location also good. A few stops on the free Red CAT from Perth Stn to the block behind. A block away is the wonderful vast expanse of Langley Park with the Swan River at the side.

Nous sommes arrivés à Perth à 2.30am et nous avons un taxi à partir de l'aéroport. La salle de bain était de base, avait une douche bien qu'elle a fait quelques noces bizarres et la température était en hausse et en dessous, pas de plug dans la baignoire, il y avait des toilettes que nous n'avons jamais utilisés. Le petit déjeuner était très basique, juste quelques viandes froides, œufs cuits froids, salade et toast. Le service de la chatte est très proche du service Freebus, qui vous permet de sauter et de sauter à tout moment.

Excellent views, we had the Swan & Waterfront Park as our room with view. Very handy to bus stops going either way, and convenience stores close by. Breakfast was great,but we cheated and went to The Hyatt next door for dinner as a treat. La chambre est très confortable.

We have been commuting to Perth from the South West for appointments since moving from Fremantle so know our way around and what is good value in the area and the Pagoda in Como ticks all the boxes for us. The resort is tastfully decorated in oriental style with big well equipped and clean rooms. Although close to the freeway it is very quite due to double grazed windows. The resort is well equipped with a bar and restaurant as well as an outdoor pool and a gym. Highly recommended from me!

I have stayed at the hotel over the past 15 years and it has gradually become a little run down here and there but the worst change is the service, nobody has a smile or greets you as a guest, your just another inconvenience for them. I stayed in a ”Deluxe” King room last week and the Bathroom was dirty and the Shower over Bath is a disgrace (see photo). I don't think I'll be staying again until some marked improvements have been made.

IInvitéThe Westin could be everything you’d want from a great city hotel in a brand new curated precinct with restaurants and bars, let down completely by the incompetence and complete apathy of the staff. The exception was the front desk, with quick friendly service but beyond that it was completely amateur and haphazard. The room service was spotty everyday, and on 2 days the room was not made up, every other day the room coffee cups, milk or spoons or coffee pods or sugar or milk was not replaced or towels not provided. You’d think service staff have a checklist, should be easy right!? The lobby cafe in the hotel called Haven was more like Hell, I had to dedicate a separate review for that as the service was non existent, appalling. Garum again has so much potential, alas the service is astonishingly haphazard, food not delivered, 30 minutes to bring my wine, served up after my meal. Frankly the staff have no idea, the poor manager made up for it, but he is terribly let down by his team, who don’t seem to miss an opportunity to disappoint. Wow so much potential absolutely wasted by something very fixable, if you can’t change the people then change the people! There was clearly a lack of middle management. The porters at the door were equally incompetent or inexperienced, I fumbled my way through the two large entrance doors, and after I made my way through, there was a feeble attempt by one if the porters that lifted his head up from his phone to assist with my hand luggage into my car, he seemed so pleased with himself that he was my knight in shining armour, hopeless. Come on Westin, prove me wrong, really I want this fantastic hotel to succeed in my neighbourhood, I want to recommend you to my colleagues and friends but fix your rubbish service!! Until then I can’t recommend you, I have a reputation to protect something you should care about as well.

IInvitéSinks filthy, kettle dirty, pillow cases with make-up on them. Just not good enough Crown, I've seen the people who stay there after a boozy night at the ******. It's not a lot to ask to have a clean room. I wiped the sink with a flannel, just needed a little bit of rubbing and I'm not paid to clean someone else's mess. Last time I stayed, I had to step over urine in the toilet to use the toilet. Check-in was lengthy because I had a voucher,I had to download an app because their processes had changed. At check out I was asked if I had a debit or credit card to pay my bill, I said I'll use my debit card to avoid bank fees then they send me an invoice later that night with credit card fees charged to my Visa that I used to hold the room? I asked weeks before our check in if we might be able to get there earlier, and sit by the pool while our room was ready but I was told it depends on the manager. There's no give, just take. So disappointing

IInvitéWe stayed here for two nights after a 17 hour flight from London Heathrow to Perth after waiting more than one and half hours for our luggage we got a taxi to this hotel and the service was very good. We checked in and went to our room where there was tea and coffee available in the room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable as were the pillow up to the standard of Holiday Inn around the world. We went down to Ivy and Jack's which is attached to the hotel. The food was very good but more like share platters and good for the occasional drink rather than a main meal. I believe this is where they service the breakfast if you have a breakfast package with the hotel. This hotel is right in the heart of the city so close to everything but not a lot of restaurants to eat at during the dinner service. Most hotels seem to only service lunches or late afternoon snacks.

Deux parkings à uniquement 1-2min à pied (gratuit les soirs). - Des espaces accueillants, modernes et design, avec la présence d’un personnel à l’écoute et sympathique. - Des chambres confortables et spacieuses. Points négatifs: - le petit déjeuner est assez décevant. En effet, le petit déjeuner servit est uniquement à la carte et limité à 1 plat et 1 boisson par personne. Tout supplément sera facturé. Donc rien à voir avec le système de buffet à volonté.

IInvitéL'hôtel est situé dans une grande localisation avec vue sur l'océan, près de la ville, des boutiques et un restaurant. Le personnel est extraordinairement aimable et utile, mais l'hôtel pourrait faire avec un peu d'ascenseur, un peu de poux et j'ai mal supposé qu'il fournirait des installations de base telles que un brosse dentaire. Le restaurant était aussi ami et le petit déjeuner était grand et vaste, mais le dîner était un peu désastreux, ne pouvait pas manger la vessie du porc, c'était un gros bébé, très décevant. La piscine était fantastique, très inhabituelle et beau éclaircissement à la nuit, 5 étoiles. J'étais choqué par l'état de l'équipement de l'équipement qui était efficace et propre dans le passé.

IInvitéI don’t think this hotel is in the best part of town but it is fairly central and easy to walk to some of the sights in the CBD and about 10 minutes walk from the station. However I wouldn’t walk around here at night on my own. I checked in quite late in the evening after a long flight from the UK. I had booked a small queen room and it was small. There was only a bedside table on one side of the bed, no wardrobe but two hooks with hangers on. There was a kettle, safe and fridge. The hotel website also mentioned a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests. What they did not tell me before I arrived was that there was building works going on in the hotel which started at 8 am. Not great when I was struggling with the UK / Australia time difference. It was quite noisy. The bed was really comfortable as there was a padded mattress topper. There was also air-con in the room which could be used to heat or cool the room. Although there was a mirror over the sink in the bathroom there was no mirror in the room with decent lighting to sort make up etc. out. There was a full length mirror near the door but not particularly well lit. The shower room was clean, with two large newish white towels provided. The water from the shower was hot, and decent pressure. It did leak a little under the door but not too much to become a problem. One of the issues with the room was noise control - I could clearly hear my neighbours raising and lowering the blind so there was definitely noise escape around the large windows. I was also woken during the night by one of the neighbours snoring loudly. And woken a few times each night by people returning to their rooms late. There is no restaurant for breakfast at the hotel but there are plenty of cafes locally. I chose this hotel because it was priced competitively but would not have chosen it otherwise

IInvitéStayed here for 3 nights, arriving after long flight from UK. No problem checking in, room in quiet location as requested. Some construction work going on at back of hotel, but nothing that disturbed me in the evening. Room was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. Corridor and room carpets could do with replacing, but I guess that is a big expense after the last few years. Breakfast was more than adequate, with plenty of choice. The hot buffet was all fresh and frequently replenished. The young man in the restaurant (sorry I don't know your name), was very helpful and polite. Reception were helpful in booking a very early morning airport taxi for me, and on the morning of departure made certain that I safely got into my taxi. As a solo female traveller, it's the little details like that that mean so much. I would definitely return if i was visiting Perth again

IInvitéL'environnement est vraiment bon, à côté des escaliers menant au parc des rois, l'assainissement est également bon, les grandes baies vitrées de la chambre sont super confortables, et les installations sont complètes, et il y a une zone gratuite vers la ville à moins de deux minutes à pied. Le seul inconvénient est qu'il n'y a pas de place de parking

BBenBenL'hôtel est bien situé. C'est à plus de dix minutes à pied du Terminal B et du supermarché, mais les chambres sont très petites, comme un hôtel capsule, Internet est très lent, et le parking coûte 25 jours par jour, ce qui est vraiment cher !

IInvitéCe lieu dispose d'un compteur de contrôle qui ne fonctionne que jusqu'à 6h et quelque part dans l'impression fine de mini-cule, LES LES FAIX DE LA SERVICE quand vous ne vous désactivez pas à 6h dans le Jour 1 pour vous inscrire même lorsque vous avez payé en plein pendant 4 jours ! Donc, quand vous êtes fermé, c'est 150 $ EXTRA CHARGE pour quelqu'un qui vous laisse entrer après 6 heures. L'hôtel vous donne un pantalon de stationnement pour afficher et ils m'ont donné 2 pantalons pour différentes nuits avec un avertissement verbal pour afficher le pantalon correct sur la nuit correcte ou mon voiture sera tirée !! et ce sera 200 ou 300 $ pour être libéré. Le pire est que toutes ces règles ne sont disponibles que par courriel après avoir réservé et payé entier. La façon dont ils mettent 101 règles (sous la forme de rubis, outils, etc.) dans ce lieu avec la quantité de conséquences punitives ... Cette gestion est mieux à faire en sorte de faire un camp de lancement ou de prison que dans l'hospitalité!
