"Can't believe there have been no reviews since mine a year ago. We came back to Stratford for another season of the Shakespeare Festival and of course stayed in the same place as last year. It hasn't changed - comfortable king bed and pillows, filtered water, lovely balcony, easy parking. Walking distance to theaters and restaurants. Small kitchenette and living area, but we were hardly ever in the place except to sleep."

Room is clean, but needs lots of upgrades in the bathroom..Towels are very small, no towel bar, no counter space whatsoever ever we were there for 2 nights. Paper cups, were not replaced in bathroom, or for coffee. Neither were the small towels. The bed was comfortable. You can not phone this Motel and speak with a live person, very frustrating , plus you must pay a booking fee? Why?? Very disappointed in the overall reception, you can not just walk in and be greeted, Door is locked. Would not recommend this Motel "
