Hôtels près de Eden Beach Foreshore Park, Perth

Nous avons réservé une chambre à coulisses en haut dans le nouveau complexe pour dîner, lit et petit déjeuner et nous n'avons pas pu être plus heureux. De la merveilleuse bienvenue à l'arrivée et grâce à la sortie, tout entre nous était un plaisir. Le restaurant est un établissement de qualité, mais il est très bien situé. Situé sur le balcon avec du café à la fin de l'après-midi avec une telle variété de faune pour partager avec délicieuse. La seule parole d'avertissement serait si le repas dans le restaurant les services sont énormes si vous n'êtes pas un grand mangeur alors une entrée & principale est de la façon trop ... mais délicieux tout le même :-) nous serons de retour xxx

這是在珀斯二週時間裏，所選酒店最滿意的！門口書寫着“請按門鈴”及寬敞的停車位，讓人未曾進門就有一種親切感👍酒店裡的公共區域，廚房設施，房間卧室，茶室，陽台，草坪……，都是井井有條，乾乾淨淨，讓我在異國他鄉感受到“家”的味道！店家的服務也很貼心，由於旅途奔波勞累，引起淋巴結腫大，牙齦發炎，.她們及時為我提供了鎮痛消炎葯，緩解了我的疼痛，讓我後續旅程無憂。今天退房還增送了禮物，真有點不好意思呢。以後我會將自己的切身體驗分享給喜歡旅行的朋友。如果你們到西澳來，一定不要錯過“陽光小玖”！在這裏衹要想吃的東西，都可以自己動手做起來 ！👍👍👍

I had a very enjoyable 3-night stay. Kyle & Jodi are excellent hosts and provide 1st-class home accommodations. The property is superbly maintained. The photos don't do it justice. There is a full kitchen, modern bathrooms, an amazing indoor theater room and the outdoor living space is wonderful. Conveniently located near Hillarys and Mullaloo, I could see the ocean from my 1st floor room.

Cet hôtel est super! La chambre est très grande, salle de séjour, cuisine, deux chambres, et il y a une grande terrasse devant la mer, chaque chambre a également un paysage maritime!

Great location, friendly staff. Met our expectations. Decor is a little dated and old and the hotel restaurant and bar were closed for renovation which is a pity, but the hotel was convenient to walk to food outlets, trains and attractions.

Lots of the reviews here, I believe, are reviewing Mercure on Hay (the newer, more upmarket hotel and possibly better of the two although I haven’t seen it), whereas lots of reviews in Mercure Perth on Hay are referring to Mercure on Irwin. I’ve compared the photos and the hotel details and official photos are definitely that way round. SO… this one, Mercure Perth (which is on Irwin St) is the bad one. It’s awful. It’s tired, badly fitted out, dingy and I hope never to stay here again. My room was down a corridor of *****ed (and stained) carpet that made me feel nauseous to look at. The room was ok, the bed comfortable, but more stained carpet, and lots of things didn’t work. Several light bulbs were broken, lots of curtain hooks missing, the room safe didn’t work, the bath had a rusty patch in it. The aircon was too cold for me and I followed the instructions to turn up the temperature but it didn’t warm up. Two phone calls and three hours later, someone attended my room, told me the air con wasn’t adjustable as it’s one temperature for the whole building so the instructions were incorrect. He turned it off (supposedly) and I then spent my stay with no aircon although the room was still cold and not stuffy and the control panel didn’t say ‘off’ so I think the whole thing was just BS and they couldn’t be bothered to deal with it or give me another room. Staff care factor of the attendant was zero, and of the front desk staff, close to zero. I got woken up in the early hours of the morning several times by skip bins being moved around in the laneway outside (very loud chains being dropped in the skip bins and noise reverberation). The next night the fridge started making such a loud noise in the middle of the night that I had to turn it off and use the spare towels to absorb the water as it defrosted. I’m just curious why Mercure keep this one running. Perhaps it’s set at a different price range but it’s not doing their brand any favours with two Mercure hotels so close together, especially with all the reviews mixed up.

Nous avons une unité qui dit pas de fenêtre et puisque il n'y a pas d'autres endroits à prix décent et c'est le seul qui semble décent nous avons essayé pour une nuit et nous sommes très surpris par le résultat. C'est très bon, et même sans fenêtre, c'est à long terme l'un des hôtels les plus propres et les plus beaux que nous ayons jamais séjournés. Il est aussi sur le sol, donc nous n'avons pas dû monter les escaliers ou attendre l'ascenseur. Le contrôle à l'entrée était sans soudure avec contrôle automatique. Les équipements sont grands. La distance était un peu loin de la gare mais il est un bon exercice et marche !
