Very good location, clean, friendly staff, transport, supermarket, tourist area. Stay for 8day and easy to travel to tourist spot with train and buses. The hotel already renovated and very comfortable. Thank. Will be back again

The location is good because it's nearby shopping malls..But the lobby of the hotel not pleasant ..My room is spacious but toilet no bidet which I find it irritating.The entranceto the hotel always got a lot of homeless group of people sitting and shouting and will look at you head to toe in which I am scared to go out late afternoon..Price wise ok...

The hotel is quite old and not clean. But the service is good, location is convenient

Stay another 2 nights altogether. Total 4 nights. Feel so good and relax to stay at this wonderful place called Criterion Hotel.

Location very good. In the city center. Bed abit soft. And difficult to find the parking near the hotel.

I stayed for 4 days in Perth for a conference. They do cleaning service everyday, change towels, topup coffee, tea, milk, and toiletries everyday. Location is in the central city, very near to supermarkets, restaurants, and train station, all walking distance.

hotel was good. The room was clean, and the hotel's location is a standout feature. It's surrounded by a variety of restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a mall, all within a short walk. The convenience extends further with the train station also just a brief stroll away. The friendly staff added a welcoming touch to my stay, making it an ideal choice for a short trip. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, excellent location, and accommodating staff.

Dirty and run down, very expensive for what it is.... For my recent stay in Oct 2022, I had a queen room with no reception for the TV, a mouldy bathroom and an unsealed shower. There were some suspect brown stains on the bedside light as well. I spoke with reception and was put in an upgraded room. Unfortunatly this room also had a mouldy bathroom. They were unable to clean it until the following day. It was still mouldy after it was cleaned. I lodged a complaint with the Criterion hotel and trip.com eventually I received a 50% refund. For the price of $130 per night it should be clean and tidy.
