La cuisine est également complète avec des bureaux et des tables spéciales, le parc Kings est particulièrement proche, l'environnement intérieur et extérieur est bon.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour , le parking était confortable et la piscine était magnifique , une grande location, aurait été agréable d' avoir une chambre face à la piscine , vous demanderez la prochaine fois . Nous avons demandé de ne pas avoir de glace , on a dit qu' il doit être demandé , un peu stupide comme les gens comme un verre à l' arrivée dans la chambre et si jamais il y avait un incident de brûlure vous serez stupéfié . Il reste encore .

We wanted accommodation close to the Arena and this was perfect. The staff, cleanliness, breakfast, accessible bathroom, were all great. Shame about the comfort level of the bed and couch. The bed rolled into the middle big time and was very low. The couch was extremely low making it unusable for a person especially with a disability. They had obviously not thought about this aspect of useability only the bathroom to make it an accessible rating. We would stay again but not in that room and we would enquire about the comfort of the furniture.

Great location, friendly staff. Met our expectations. Decor is a little dated and old and the hotel restaurant and bar were closed for renovation which is a pity, but the hotel was convenient to walk to food outlets, trains and attractions.

Nous sommes arrivés tôt et nous avons pu vérifier tôt sans arrêt. Quand j'ai réservé, il n'y avait pas de chambres qui n'avaient pas été réservées avec un lit roi et une vue sur la rivière, alors j'ai dû réserver 2 doubles, mais je l'ai demandé à l'instant de l'inscription et ils l'ont sorti pour nous. La chambre était étonnante, fantastique vues, très spacieux, propre et moderne La piscine est grande, nous avons commandé le déjeuner et les cocktails que nous avions dans le soleil Nous retournions à notre chambre et il y avait une bouteille de bulle dans la voiture avec une note à quelqu'un d'autre pour Nous étions là pour le anniversaire de mes maris et il n'y avait pas de mention de cela, même si je les avais fait savoir, ils ont peut-être mis leurs notes en mix. Le restaurant de la ville est très bien, mais le service a été plus rapide. Nous n'avons pas pu commander des articles, c'était un buffet qui était décevant à l'origine, mais la qualité des articles de buffet qui l'ont fait. Si les saunas et les piscines de traitement de l'hydro n'étaient pas ségrégées par sexe

Lots of the reviews here, I believe, are reviewing Mercure on Hay (the newer, more upmarket hotel and possibly better of the two although I haven’t seen it), whereas lots of reviews in Mercure Perth on Hay are referring to Mercure on Irwin. I’ve compared the photos and the hotel details and official photos are definitely that way round. SO… this one, Mercure Perth (which is on Irwin St) is the bad one. It’s awful. It’s tired, badly fitted out, dingy and I hope never to stay here again. My room was down a corridor of *****ed (and stained) carpet that made me feel nauseous to look at. The room was ok, the bed comfortable, but more stained carpet, and lots of things didn’t work. Several light bulbs were broken, lots of curtain hooks missing, the room safe didn’t work, the bath had a rusty patch in it. The aircon was too cold for me and I followed the instructions to turn up the temperature but it didn’t warm up. Two phone calls and three hours later, someone attended my room, told me the air con wasn’t adjustable as it’s one temperature for the whole building so the instructions were incorrect. He turned it off (supposedly) and I then spent my stay with no aircon although the room was still cold and not stuffy and the control panel didn’t say ‘off’ so I think the whole thing was just BS and they couldn’t be bothered to deal with it or give me another room. Staff care factor of the attendant was zero, and of the front desk staff, close to zero. I got woken up in the early hours of the morning several times by skip bins being moved around in the laneway outside (very loud chains being dropped in the skip bins and noise reverberation). The next night the fridge started making such a loud noise in the middle of the night that I had to turn it off and use the spare towels to absorb the water as it defrosted. I’m just curious why Mercure keep this one running. Perhaps it’s set at a different price range but it’s not doing their brand any favours with two Mercure hotels so close together, especially with all the reviews mixed up.

Il est un séjour incroyable et relaxant. J'aime. Je l'aime à quel point il est proche d'Elizabeth Quay et de la voie de course.

Séjour très confortable dans cet hôtel ancien mais bien entretenu. Emplacement parfait surplombant la rivière Swan, à quelques pas du bord de la rivière et du centre. Excellent service, personnel très serviable, chambres de bonne taille, nettoyées quotidiennement, lits confortables. Salle de sport petite mais utilisable menant à une piscine ensoleillée, blanchisserie gratuite. Dans l'ensemble, un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

We booked this room pretty late after having to cut a European trip short and needing to transit Perth overnight on our way to SA. For a one-nighter in Perth this more than met our needs. Near new, modern, and clean - it was pretty good(without having any bells and whistles), and well priced for the Perth region. It's within the precinct of Curtin University, and has a great vibe about it. Some cafes nearby too in the morning if you want a quick bite. The one problem we found was that the fridge wasn't plugged in - a bit disappointing but I'm sure could have been easily remedied.

L'intérieur de la chambre et le confort. Une machine à café avec café gratuit pour les invités est chaleureusement accueillie. Très recommandé et pris en considération viendra à nouveau avec Ma famille.
