Hôtels proches de Monticello Park, Perth

I have stayed at the hotel over the past 15 years and it has gradually become a little run down here and there but the worst change is the service, nobody has a smile or greets you as a guest, your just another inconvenience for them. I stayed in a ”Deluxe” King room last week and the Bathroom was dirty and the Shower over Bath is a disgrace (see photo). I don't think I'll be staying again until some marked improvements have been made.

Nous avions prévu de passer une nuit sur l'île de Rottnest avant de nous rendre à l'hôtel pendant deux nuits, et ils nous ont permis de stocker nos bagages un jour plus tôt. Le service de la chambre est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. La chambre était élégante et moderne. Nous avons choisi une chambre à coins, avec trois grandes fenêtres, remplie de lumière naturelle. Bien que la toilette et la salle de bains soient partagées et qu'il y ait un bruit de la musique du bar, l'expérience générale a été agréable. L'hôtel Local est un endroit agréable pour rester.

Sinks filthy, kettle dirty, pillow cases with make-up on them. Just not good enough Crown, I've seen the people who stay there after a boozy night at the ******. It's not a lot to ask to have a clean room. I wiped the sink with a flannel, just needed a little bit of rubbing and I'm not paid to clean someone else's mess. Last time I stayed, I had to step over urine in the toilet to use the toilet. Check-in was lengthy because I had a voucher,I had to download an app because their processes had changed. At check out I was asked if I had a debit or credit card to pay my bill, I said I'll use my debit card to avoid bank fees then they send me an invoice later that night with credit card fees charged to my Visa that I used to hold the room? I asked weeks before our check in if we might be able to get there earlier, and sit by the pool while our room was ready but I was told it depends on the manager. There's no give, just take. So disappointing

L'embajateur de qualité de l'hôtel Perth est confortable,au centre de la ville,Près de la zone d'autobus gratuit (CAT),à proximité de l'attraction,de nombreux magasins et restaurants.La chambre est assez petite mais propre et climatisation est ok.Wi-Fi est bon et le check-in est Fast.Breakfast est limité choix mais est ok.overall is comfort stay here

Great location, friendly staff. Met our expectations. Decor is a little dated and old and the hotel restaurant and bar were closed for renovation which is a pity, but the hotel was convenient to walk to food outlets, trains and attractions.

We stayed here for two nights after a 17 hour flight from London Heathrow to Perth after waiting more than one and half hours for our luggage we got a taxi to this hotel and the service was very good. We checked in and went to our room where there was tea and coffee available in the room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable as were the pillow up to the standard of Holiday Inn around the world. We went down to Ivy and Jack's which is attached to the hotel. The food was very good but more like share platters and good for the occasional drink rather than a main meal. I believe this is where they service the breakfast if you have a breakfast package with the hotel. This hotel is right in the heart of the city so close to everything but not a lot of restaurants to eat at during the dinner service. Most hotels seem to only service lunches or late afternoon snacks.

We upgraded to an executive room, which was very comfortable. We could not get near enough to the hotel on arrival to park and check in. There is a small very narrow lane way that runs from Wellington St to Murray St with no indication of which way the traffic flows. We parked up eventually on Murray St in a multi storey and fortunately our one suit case was easily wheeled the 100 metres or so to the hotel. The hotel info was all available on the room tv screen. I checked breakfast times and saw it was served up to 10-30 am on a weekend. Next morning we arrived at breakfast at 9-45 am. The waiter looked somewhat taken aback. There was only enough orange juice for 1 person, the tank on the tea maker was dry, there was no butter or bacon. The water tank was refilled, butter produced. The chef lifted the lid of the scrambled eggs and they looked disgusting. I asked the waiter if we could have a fried egg. He had to go find the chef. He cooked the eggs, burnt on the bottom runny white on the top. My breakfast at a cost of $30 consisted of one slice of toast 3 mushrooms, half a scoop of congealed baked beans and half of a very sad looking tomato, plus the delicious burnt egg, one cup of black tea. I heard the waiter and chef grumbling together about breakfast times and their attitude prevented me from complaining and asking for fresh food. It transpired that breakfast time had been changed to finish at 10am. The receptionist enlightened me as we checked out next day. There was still a sign on reception saying that breakfast on a weekend lasted until 10 -30am. Needless to say we breakfasted elsewhere next day. It's a soul less hotel, with about as much vibe as a grave yard. We used the fantastic bar of the new Novotel directly behind Rydges. I also found we could have stayed there at a cheaper rate! Will not be returning.

We got a unit that says no window and since there is no other places with decent price and this is the only one that looks decently priced we tried for 1 night and we were very surprised with the outcome. It's nice and even without a window it's by far one of the most cleanest and nicest hotel we have stayed so far. It's right beside the car park and tucked away at a corner but that didn't bother us. We love it actually. It's also on ground floor so we didn't had to climb stairs or wait for lift. The check in was seamless with automatic check in. Amenities is great. Distance was a bit far from station but it's a good exercise and walk!

Le personnel de The Sebel West Perth était amiable et efficace. Les chambres, bien que de base, étaient propres et avaient toutes les essences pour un séjour confortable. Le centre-ville est situé à proximité de la ville, et il a été facile d'accéder aux attractions populaires, aux restaurants et aux transports publics. Cette convenance m'a permis de profiter de mon temps dans la ville sans dépenser beaucoup de transport.
