UUtilisateur anonymeLe chef est particulièrement enthousiaste et très bon! L'expérience de la vie est bonne, avec une eau chaude suffisante et des toilettes et des clous sans autres hôtels. Il y a aussi des retraits uniques.

The owner was very helpful and shared some great local tips about nearby attractions and dining spots, which made my stay even more enjoyable. LLawcchThe lady boss is helpful and gave a room with a window facing the town. However, my room I stayed in without a toilet. I have to use the shared bathroom. There is the housekeeper guy smoking in the hotel and I am allergic to the cigarette smoke smell. Overall it's just an average hotel with basic facilities like hot water , kettle, and warmer on the floor. The hotel is nearby eateries, sundry shops , fruit hawkers, and walking distance to the Polaris square, Mohe landmark.

MMee Yuk TiongHad an exceptional experience! The hostel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Everyone here were warm and friendly, especially the lady’s boss always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel right at home.
The atmosphere at the hostel was fantastic. It had a vibrant and welcoming vibe, perfect for meeting fellow travelers and making new friends. The common areas were cozy and inviting, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventures.
One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent trip drivers. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made exploring the area so much easier and enjoyable.
Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone who looking for a welcoming and enjoyable place to stay.

IInvitéLe petit déjeuner et le lit sont très petits, mais ils ont été l'un des séjours les plus confortables durant notre voyage.
Il y a une option pour un petit déjeuner local simple, qui était vraiment très bon.
Très bien situé - les repas sont à seulement 3 minutes de marche à la route principale, la rue principale du village arctique est à 5 minutes de marche de l'hôtel et tout ce dont vous avez besoin est là.
Il restera certainement ici.

SSgPohggThe owner, Mr Zhou was very friendly. Offered to drive us upon seeing us walking out of hotel one day. Extremely kind of him to offer us a lift to Mohe train station. Highly recommend this hotel in the countryside inside Beijicun, also walkable to Heilongjiang and northern most lost office.

這次旅行最幸運的就是選了這家酒店！房間特別整潔乾淨，推門就感覺到撲面的暖意，北方的寒冷完全被隔絕在外，像回到家一樣舒服。
但最最值得誇的絕對是老闆！不僅親切熱情，居然還提供免費的北極村車接車送服務，衹要我們需要出門，不管去哪兒，老闆幾乎隨叫隨到，而且全程毫無怨言，甚至主動幫我們規劃路線。
更驚喜的是，老闆開車接送時還會順路帶我們逛一些本地人才知道的小眾景點，耐心介紹風土人情，就像老朋友一樣。全程沒有額外收一分錢，真的讓我們驚呆了……
原本衹是訂了個房間，結果連交通和導遊服務都一併解決了，性價比高到無法形容！如果再來北極村，一定會再住這裏。強烈推薦給所有追求實惠、重視人情味的旅行者～這家店，必須五星！🌟

IInvitéOur stay at Snowman Log Cabin in Arctic Village was absolutely amazing! The rooms are warmly decorated and filled with natural light. Both the bedding and bathroom are spotlessly clean, showing great attention to detail in quality. During our stay, the staff were always warm and thoughtful—they helped carry luggage and patiently recommended nearby attractions and local dishes, making us feel as comfortable as being at home. Here, we enjoyed not only a cozy accommodation but also felt full warmth. Highly recommended to all visitors to Arctic Village!

IInvitéThe hotel helped us arrange a driver for our entire trip, making it easy for us to travel around Mohe at a cheaper cost. The driver are very helpful and helped us to book the attraction entrance tickets for us and we can pay him later at the end of our trip as the cost covered is mainly for him to bring us to attractions for our entire trip and it does not include attraction entrance tickets. Prepare some cash for easy payment back to the driver as for our country, we are being charged for extra 2% fees if we are using Alipay app payments above RMB200. So by paying them in cash for anything above RMB200, we can avoid paying the 2% fees. Also there are times when we make some payment while purchasing food, and we are having difficulties on the apps link which is another reason why cash is needed for the contingency period.

MMickaelChiaHost was not welcoming. Met him at the door but he was a bit hostile. I showed him the Chinese address and he said he didn't understand English. I told him to look carefully at the Hanzi.
After that he was very pushy , insisting I upgrade to a bigger room. The room I booked was already very large with a sofa.
The staircase light was turned off (and cannot be turned on from the lower floor) so I didn't dare go up in the middle.
The bathroom was clean with hit water but it frequently smelled if fecal matter.
In the two days I saw the host when I arrived and when I left.
