This is one of the perfect hotel i have ever stayed throughout, from design, services, amenities, activities, all these made us feel home. Kudos to our assigned butler, Mr Owen, has taken care us well from the moment we stepped into the hotel. We even have our room free upgrade to have a best view and also given us extra local breakfast to let us try. He took very good photos too ! My wife likes it very much. Not forgetting mention all the staffs within the hotel, also very polite and greet us everytime. Definitely will come back next time around.

Cet hôtel moderne, élégant et propre est entouré du cœur de la magnifique Lige Dao au lac Lugu. Nous avons eu une visite merveilleuse avec le propriétaire et son fils qui nous a pris soin de spécial, y compris un check-out tardif, nous aidant à acheter des billets pour la voiture de câble et à partager une partie de l'histoire de la région. Après un jour de travail dur au soleil, nous sommes revenus à l'hôtel où le propriétaire nous a même offert un café frais de glace! Notre partie préférée était la terrasse de style Santorini sur le toit où nous avons apprécié un déjeuner relaxant au soleil.

Super recommandé, très bon rapport qualité prix, le paysage populaire est très beau, vous pouvez directement voir le lac de la mer de la réception, voir le paysage très confortable, le peuple peut fournir beaucoup de services, tels que le sucre de nuit, les boissons de choix, le petit déjeuner, la livraison à Dalowater Village, la livraison de voyages, etc. L'attitude de service du petit frère de la réception est également très bonne. La prochaine fois que vous arriverez à la mer de Chen, vous choisisserez cette chaise populaire!

I had a truly memorable and calming stay at Lugu Lake Baiyun Jinsu Inn (Ninglu Highway Branch). The location is absolutely stunning, with a direct lake view. Waking up to the sunrise over Lugu Lake was one of the highlights of the trip. The water is so still and peaceful, reflecting the morning light beautifully. It is one of those moments that makes everything feel worth it. What I loved most is the tranquil environment. You can hear roosters crowing and birds chirping in the morning. No city noise, just pure calm. It is the perfect place if you want to escape from the busy city life and truly unwind. The room is practical and comfortable. There is a washing machine (no dryer), but it wasn’t an issue at all. Clothes dry well overnight when hung up. The staff are incredibly friendly, warm and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. Their hospitality really made the stay even more enjoyable. The inn also provides a simple breakfast and there is even a dessert served at night, which is a lovely and thoughtful touch. At first, I thought Lugu Lake might be too far from Lijiang. But after experiencing its beauty, I can confidently say: it’s absolutely worth the journey and I would love to come back again.

Lovely lake view from the room! Staff is also hospitable and helpful. They will help to carry our heavy luggages all the way to level 3 (let's not this service for granted). We wanted to go to a restaurant that is a 10-15mins walk away from the hotel, but we were in a rush, so the staff offered to drive us there, wait for us to collect our order, and drove us back to the hotel. Thank you for the great service!

Il est un peu tard, la sœur est toujours très patiente d'aider nous à ouvrir la porte, à prendre les bagages, à organiser la salle de vue du lac, la chambre est très bon marché. Le soleil de la mer est magnifique ! L'hôtel est magnifique, la structure en bois, le centre-ville a un grand talent, très comme le peuple de Lijiang. Le restaurant est très beau, l'environnement est très bon, le petit-déjeuner est riche, je veux bien manger un repas là-bas. Le champagne de la viande de porc qui est en plein restaurant est très délicieux 😋

I didn’t expect that the family suite was so convenient. Kids can stay on the loft, and parents are still within their sight thanks to the open space design. This is very unique and truly family friendly. The amenities are modern with built-in smart technologies. Buffet breakfast is a proper combination of carbs, proteins and fruits, and they taste good. The staffs are polite and helpful. One could tell the hotel is thoughtfully designed and carefully maintained. A big thumbs up for this hotel. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Lugu lake next time.

Upon arrival, hotel manager Lamu greeted us with a warm smile and told us she could upgrade us to an even nicer room to welcome us to her lovely guesthouse. The location was great, the view wonderful and the breakfasts each morning were just right (and they served you sitting, vs. having to go through a buffet line)! The decor of the hotel is stunningly beautiful with lush gardens, rustic antiques and modern amenities all complementing one another. Lamu kindly offered to help us with any local tourism or transportation needs and easily accommodated our request to add a day onto our reservation, even giving us her personal cell phone number to contact her with any needs. We will definitely stay there each time we visit Lugu Lake!
