Room with lake view and same as picture illustrate, staff very helpful, 5 stars hotel definitely worth every penny spent.

Old hotel but renovated a few years ago. So it was an average hotel. Checked in late so hotel upgraded my room to suite room bcoz they had sold off my room. Suite room was spacious n comfortable.

Terrible. Cleanliness - is lower than 3stars hotel. even have private part hair in bathtub, disgusting. pillow got stain, chair is unclean. Hygiene - me, my wife n son all wake up with whole body itchy and skin rashes. TV - at least 2 decades old. Staff - Rude google map shows 5stars hotel but it is not. i rate 3 stars max. Please don't come with family. for solo business work it is still acceptable but there are a lot of choices nearby.

Night receptionist were really friendly and nice. This morning only a male Chinese staff was working. Showed the typical Chinese black face like he was suppose to have his rest day but had to work. Very bad body language. Generally the hotel is old, amnesties were very limited, the breakfast area was small and limited as well. The staff’s at the breakfast area had communication problems with China tourist, didn’t seek for help or use anything for translation, showed bad body language due their incompetence as well. Hotel can be 5 stars, but service is below acceptable, maybe acceptable for a 3 star hotel

Facilities is a bit old. But the services is top notch.the only thing I dont like is the room slippers, its too low quality.please change it to better and more reliable. Most of customers only have shoes. And please provide wooden spoon or spork

My stay here has been a relaxing one. Location, customer service and parking were very convenient. I was offered clean rooms with attentive staffs from reception to my 5 days stay at Dorsett Grand Subang. I will be back again.

Fast and smooth check-in. No deposit. Our room is facing the Taman Subang Ria Lake and KL city. Nice view day and night. The room is big with a work desk and a sofa. Free mini-bar consumption. Overall, it is good.

Great hotel in Subang area. Opposite have very nice windmill restaurant and some Nasi Kandar. Overall great experience during this hotel stay.

I stayed at Dorsett Grand Subang for a 2-night business trip and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel staff were courteous and efficient, the check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a business traveler. The location is convenient with easy access to nearby amenities and dining options. The only drawback during my stay was the limited parking space. At peak hours, finding a spot was challenging, which could be inconvenient for guests with their own vehicle. Despite the parking issue, I would still recommend Dorsett Grand Subang for business stays due to its service, comfort, and location.

Strategic location but aging Hotel. Facilities should have improved, need to consider refurbishment.

Located beside Subang medical center . Hotel is pretty rundown. The hotel was holding exhibit of an artist. Went to the salon located at the lobby . Boss is very friendly and price is very reasonable. Had my keratin treatment done . Upon entering the room , the walkway outside the bathroom was wet . Housekeeping forgot to close the fridge door resulting on the watery patch . This hotel is suitable for younger couples who drives . Personally will not recommend for families with children as there’s no amenities nearby other than 1-2 coffeeshops opposite the hotel and a kmart ( about 10mins walk) .

First and foremost, the room is clean, especially the toilet. Besides that, the room is spacious, even with extra bed. The hotel is also near to SS15, where there are a lot of restaurants.
