Hôtels près de Surian Residences, Petaling Jaya

La location est très proche d'un centre commercial utama. Seul 8-15minutes conduire à 1U ou Starling Mall. Contrôle et sortie est facile, les instructions sont claires. L'ensemble de la maison est propre et confortable. La maison est confrontée à la zone de camping et à la mosquée, donc il y aura un peu de bruit. Tout cela est bon. Certainement réservera cette maison encore si avec la famille ,Tq hôte.

J'ai apprécié le séjour. Belle chambre propre et spacieuse. Très bien situé avec de nombreux restaurants aux alentours. Kang de la réception a été particulièrement utile pour résoudre les problèmes que j'avais.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour ici. Dans l'ensemble, tout était bien, y compris le service et la propreté.

With regards to the accommodation, it's great. Looked like I was in a showroom with all the facilities like a water dispenser, microwave, stove top and sink with all the washing equipment available. Towels were soft, not scratchy. There were blackout curtains which meant i slept super well. Shower gel smelled amazing. There was even a bathtub but i didn't use it. Can imagine it would be great for families with children. The bedroom was really spacious with space on the side of the bed so there will be allowance for a cot if needed.  This place is really new so there was a slight paint smell which will probably wear off in a few months.  My biggest gripe about this location is the check in and the location. check-in: you would need to transfer 200RM to a bank account as part of a deposit that would be returned after the access key is returned. At a hotel, i would just swipe my bank card to pay for this. However, as it was remote, I couldn't do that. The bank transfer could only be done via Wise or Revolut which i didn't have.  As i'm not local, i didn't have a Malaysian bank account either.  Wise isn't an app that can be downloaded on the spot i learned. So i was stuck and frustrated, wanting to just cancel and rebook elsewhere. The administrative person on WhatsApp then relented and sent me the details for the check-in without the deposit. This was after an hour or trying to figure out how to make the payment.  Because there were no signs on doors i had to just observe and ask for help from residents in the building about how to get around/identify the mailbox.  I would totally want to return because this place is really outstanding in its liveability, but it would be great to improve this process for foreign travellers.  Location: the name was so close to Dorsett grand and it wasn't clear that one was a hotel and one was a service apartment. Please make it clear that this is so on the booking page. :) thank you.

Très bien situé, une gare à proximité facile d'entrer et de sortir de la ville. Le personnel était formidable, ils ont fait de leur mieux pour rendre notre séjour agréable. J'ai eu une expérience merveilleuse à l'Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Chaque membre du personnel que j'ai rencontré, du voiturier au personnel de nettoyage à l'arrivée, était charmant et désireux d'aider. , je le recommanderai à mes amis et à ma famille. L'hôtel est bien entretenu. C’était l’un des meilleurs séjours/expériences de ma vie. Tout était super dans cet hôtel, surtout le petit déjeuner.

We booked a total of three split-level rooms, but only two complimentary parking spaces were provided, and the third one was charged. We had informed the person in charge that we need 3 parking space before check-in, and he confirmed that it was acceptable, but upon arrival, we were still required to pay for the additional parking.

The hotel location is strategic, outsite lot of parking and walking distance to get food and mini MARKET. Comment: 1. Interior of hotel is not really renovated, found water is drop from ceiling at corridor. 2. Found same moset in the room is soft to step on and toilet cleanliness is average. Hope the comment can be improve in future. Anyway, I'm still enjoy to stay the hotel with the low price

The inside of the building is dark. The elevator works funny-buttons don't match the level, and taking you up and down for no reason. Route from parking to reception is quite confusing and the parking is more expensive than a decent hotel. Consider other options before you consider here because the reality is more shocking as compared to the nice photos of the room.
