This charming 1920’s bungalow is located in a quiet historic neighborhood. Just steps from a small park with petanque courts and places for the kids to play while you relax on the park benches surrounded by mature oak trees. It has two spacious bedrooms each with blinds and blackout curtains for those lazy mornings of sleeping in. For the chef minded the kitchen is a full functioning kitchen with a dishwasher. Two sparkling clean bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a clawfoot tub perfect for soaking after a day of sight seeing! A sun porch for sitting with your morning coffee to plan your day or unwind with a glass of wine and the end of the evening. Within walking distance to historic and vibrant downtown Petaluma, boasting with many restaurants, food trucks, nightclubs and theater square. Forty five miles from San Francisco and the beautiful Napa Sonoma wine country and a half hour from Bodega Bay.
