Built in 1870, our Fair Street Retreat is part of one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. We are located just 3 blocks from Downtown Petaluma. Walk down for breakfast at The Tea Room Café or hit the daily hot buffet at Petaluma Market. If you want to stay in, brew some coffee in the kitchenette and sit on the deck under the willow tree.
Our studio suite is furnished with a king bed, 50 inch HD TV, cedar lined closets and a mini kitchenette stocked with coffee, tea and lots of snacks.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:We live in close proximity with our dear neighbors. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum..Guest with Pets - We love animals but any dogs left unattended for long periods of time and barking is a no-no. Perfection in Petaluma
Adorable unit just a short walk to downtown Petaluma. Loved watching the birds sitting on the front porch. Unit had everything for a quick stay. Absolutely spotlessly clean! Great communication with the owners. Would stay here again if I ever get back to Petaluma!

Reunion trip
We stayed at the property for a high school reunion weekend in Petaluma. The studio is very clean and quiet and the location is terrific- easy walking distance to downtown Petaluma. We would definitely stay here again.

Tiny Hideout
This place was small but had everything we needed for our stay. It's close to downtown but far enough away for some peace and quiet. The property managers were super responsive to our communication. Not much room in the "food/kitchen" area, but we planned on eating out most of the time any way, so it didn't matter to me. Has a nice big bathroom and comfy king bed.

Perfect weekend retreat
The space was perfect for our weekend. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The space was perfect for the two of us and had the amenities we needed. The hosts were very accommodating. We would definitely stay again.
