Let me start with the thing that made us leave asap: there was dried up urine all over the toilet seat and floor. I have been travelling a lot and have over 100 hotels only on *********** and probably an other 100 hotels through work and other agencies. And from those 200 hotels this is the fist time I have arrived at an hotel and just walked out and decided to stay in an other hotel. We did arrive at the hotel and the parking is just in front of the hotel, there are no safety measures, there are no gates or fences or lights, so your car is not any safer here than next to the public road. But nevertheless the hotel asks a fee of €10 for parking there. The lobby of the hotel feels like an 80's techno club: dark, black&red painted and decrepit. So after checkin we arrive at our room and put all our suitcases down (didn't felt safe to leave anything in the car) and we sit down at the bed for a moment. At that moment I noticed a black hair next to the pillow. So we take the sheets of the bed and there are multiple hairs all over the sheets. the sheets looked clean at first sight, so I don't know if it were the housekeepers hairs or the previous guest. So we clean the hears from the bed ourselves and I went to the toilet, the toilet cover was down, but the seat of the toilet was full of yellowish dried-up urine. Not just a few drops that somebody could have missed cleaning, but at least 20% of the seat was covered. This made me almost puke and I did notice that the ground was covered as well. I went to the reception, but they clearly don't like to deal with complaints, because they wouldn't help us. When I felt that the discussion was going nowhere and the receptionist was getting angry we just left and tried to contact the hotel via ***********. I've had a great experience with the customer care center of ***********, but unfortunately even they never got any response from the hotel. to the point that they even gave me the direct contact information of the hotel. I'm not a difficult person, mistakes can be made and everybody deserves a second chance, so the thing that bothered me the most was just that there never came any response or excuses from the hotel. Not to me or to their partner, ***********. there are plenty beautiful places and hotel in the Black Forest, enjoy your time there, just go in a large circle around this hotel.

Chambre twin réservée, la chambre n'est pas grande, mais suffisante, nous avons 2 personnes, 5 grosses valises de 23KG. Raisonnablement placé, il ne sera pas très fréquenté. Rénovation : séparation simple, propre, sèche et humide dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner : Pain, viande en tranches, fruits, jus, bon goût. L'hôtel est en centre-ville, l'arrêt de bus est en bas, mais la ville reste pratique pour la conduite autonome, il y a un parking, ça ressemble à 6 euros la nuit, ou gratuit, oubliez ça. Parce que c'est un voyage d'affaires, aller et venir, il n'y a pas le temps de faire du shopping, l'hôtel (petite ville) est calme et magnifique, et puis avoir la possibilité de venir ici, il faut le sentir.

La maison est magnifique, amoureuse et équipée d'un restaurant japonais pour le dîner, où on peut manger des coupes, qui ne l'aime pas en Asie. Le personnel était toujours aimable et utile et notre chambre a été faite à la demande pour notre chien. Nous étions au 2ème. Assieds et ont une belle et grande chambre avec très bons lits, plus une magnifique terrasse avec mattes, lits, table et 2 chaises. Beau regard sur le vieux pont de bois et le mur. Il n'y a pas beaucoup à faire sur place, mais avec la carte des clients, vous pouvez partir gratuitement avec S8 jusqu'à Freudenstadt ou Karlsruhe. La gare est située au-dessus de l'hôtel, à travers le pont en bois, en environ 10 minutes. Il y a aussi un supermarché net. Merci pour votre séjour, nous pouvons clairement recommander l'hôtel.

Had a beautiful, comfy overnight, great dinner, lovely bar tender talk … we enjoyed our time out a lot especially cause of the old and historical interesting building… the hotel is perfectly situated-couple minutes and you are in the Centre of Freudenstadt- couple minutes and you can have a beautiful walk through the Black Forest…
