Nous y sommes allés 4 fois. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour un hébergement aux portes du Kruger. Chambre confortable, vaste et propre avec terrasse sur un grand jardin, jolie piscine. parking sécurisé. Quartier très calme. Le maître des lieux est toujours charmant et disponible pour ses clients. Seul bémol, l'absence de lits king size, et une salle de douches un peu étroite et vieillissante bien que propre. Le tarif est raisonnable pour ces prestations.

We unfortunately spent one night at Sunbird Lodge. The place is really relaxing and David a nice guest.

Wow... What a beautiful place to be at. We were here for 3 days arrived at night and welcomed very warmly by Johann with a beautiful smile. The bed is very huge and comfortable with fluffy and soft pillows me and my baby never slept so peacefully in our lives hahaha.... But i really expected it to be kid friendly unfortunately there was no playroom or baby chairs for my baby. But otherwise everything was top notch the food is amazing with Elina serving us such a wonderful lady. Thank you once more for the beautiful hospitality.

The rooms were clean, neat and tidy. A delicious breakfast with a variety of hot and cold beverages on offer.

Amazing hospitality, it’s a beautiful place to stay! Swimming pool to cool down during the day time, at night sitting under the Pallapa. Breakfast some fresh avocados with scrambled eggs. Thanks to Dave, he filled the days with positive vibes! Recommend it to everyone.

Set in beautiful and expansive gardens, this is a great destination for an overnight or weekend stay. The owner, Dave, is hospitable and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for him. The accommodation is very comfortable and well appointed. The rate includes an extensive full English breakfast. Unfortunately we were there in Winter and unable to use the swimming pool, which must be a very pleasant way of cooling off in Phalaborwa's Summer heat. Strongly recommended.

Very nice place, close to the Phalaborwa gate. The host Dave makes sure you have everything you need and is more than happy to share some tips and tricks when going to Kruger, which was exactly what we needed. Thank you again! We had a great time!

I'm an avid traveller in South Africa , and honestly I have never met such a patient & friendly individual. Den made our stay such a bliss . His level of professionalism and friendliness is unmatched. I would recommend sunbird any day without thinking twice. If there's any error you see , talk to him he is such a professional and he is very helpful. People like him are rare in this generation. Much appreciated

Lovely property with an awesome owner, Dave, who will go out of his way to make sure you are comfortable. The breakfast is fresh, delicious and the rooms are lovely. The Phalaborwa gate for KNP is a 5 minute drive from the town and I would recommend Sunbird over any place in the Kruger itself. We stayed with friends from Singapore and will definitely be back!

The reception and interaction with Dave and his staff were exceptional. Dave went out of his way to ensure we settled in well and that all needs were met. We will recommend Sunbird Logde to anyone travelling to Kruger or on business to this area.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunbird Lodge. Clean, comfortable and beautiful peaceful surroundings. Dave is a wonderful host and made sure everything was perfect. Wish we had stayed longer and would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

Perfect stopover to or from KNP. Comfortable accommodation- spacious rooms- hot - strong shower and private patio. All as advertised. Wholesome breakfast to set you on your journey. Dave is a great host. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

We spent a night on our way into the Kruger and Dave couldn’t have been more obliging and friendly if he tried!! Thank you. Situated in a lovely big garden in a quiet part of town . A great start to our holiday.

Engaging, welcoming and accommodating host, tasty and wholesome breakfast, clean facility, quiet and relaxing at night, enjoyed the clean pool, internet access, safe parking, stay areas are very private.
