Tanoshi Glamping in Khao Sok

The location and experience are exceptional: a tent set on the top floor of a room that is entirely open to the side of the view to the sunset over the jungle. Top that with the devotion and friendliness of the staff who had a solution to every request we had. They also run a coffee shop and this is reflected in the amazing breakfast. There is a possibility to have dinner served in the room too, all delicious options we tried and loved.

In life we often have windows to what could be. Sometimes they’re warnings and sometimes they are opportunities. We many times focus on the negative things and give cursory attention to what can give us the strength and will to truly appreciate what we have—Our experience at Tanoshi Glamping was one of those wonderful windows! Soshi and staff were fantastic, the deck and tent experience incomparable, and the food excellent! As I age I learn to focus my mind on the amazing life I have—so fortunate!

Glamping as its finest. Wir haben eine wundervolle Nacht im Tanoshi verbracht. Eine saubere und einladende Location im japanischen Gewand. Super Abendessen und Frühstück, das man auf der eigenen Terrasse mit Blick in den Dschungel zu zweit genießen kann. Sauberes Badezimmer (mit Ausblick) und ein gepflegtes Zelt lassen einen wohlig eintauchen in die Geräusche der Nacht. Das Personal war der Hammer. Der Sonnenuntergang auf der riesigen Hängematte war ein Highlight des Urlaubs. Zur Wahrheit gehört aber auch, dass Tanoshi nicht unweit einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt, das kann das Idyll sicherlich schmälern. Wir hatten in dieser Nacht allerdings Glück...

Incredible, would return on next trip to thailand the staff can’t do enough for you. The breakfast was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the place was very secluded but that is what we wanted a short drive to the village where there are lots of bars and restaurants. Highly recommend and thank you for your kind service and an amazing place to stay. We particularly enjoyed returning to the biggest toad we have ever seen but this was all part of the experience

What an amazing place to stay its not often you find a gem like this with everything right from layout to staff, an absolute must do in Thailand. Accommodation first class, food first class and staff first class. Surrounding areas and activities first class.

Wow this place is outstanding, from the moment we walked in everything was just perfect, on arrival we had honey juice and a freezing cold compress to freshing up. We were then shown to the location, it was breathtaking with amazing views, bed was comfortable, pillows soft, downstairs the swing was great nice hot shower with the essentials, the bath was just beautiful, looking out in the bath relaxing and taking in the view. We paid for dinner it came at 6, on time it was chicken and shrimp with vegetables you get to cook it yourself on a Japanese bbq it is spectacular. The next day the lady took us to the village. Overall this was such the perfect stay. Thankyou for the hospitality.
