Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check in (10 AM) and late check out (6 PM) may be available for your reservation for a special reduced rate. Please inquire if interested. WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? All of our properties have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. ARE YOU HOMES CLEANED You have paid for a basic cleaning which included pool maintenance and the gardener. Homes can be deep cleaned for an extra $200 if requested (perfect for clean freaks). Windows, ceiling fans-cupboards-etc. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? Large Pool (Can be heated to 75-85* for $150/tax per day or $600/tax per week. Recommended from October through May. Electric Pool Heat Pumps are only effective with a pool cover guests must put on / off if the daily temperatures drop below 55*. Hot Tub (Heated and Chemicals Serviced for $150/Tax per Stay) DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? This property has an outdoor music system. However, the volume is limited due to local noise ordinances. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Pets must be approved in advance and $150 non refundable per pet fee. DO YOU ALLOW EVENTS / PARTIES Every situation would be discussed with the owners on a case by case basis. You agree to explain the risks of using the swimming pool/hot tub to any guests you may have at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents your guests may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and your guest for the consequences of those risks.
