Bon emplacement dans la ville de Phuket près de la route principale, moyen facile de se promener en face de l'hôtel, il y a 7/11 et très proche du centre commercial à quelques minutes à pied.

Propre, confortable, après-midi, très bonnes installations Le chef de file a reçu de très bonnes informations.

La chambre est spacieuse, très propre, la clim est un peu bruyante, bien dans l'ensemble, le lit est confortable.

It’s super clean, and the housekeeping team did an honest job with daily cleaning. I truly appreciate the time they took to clean the room carefully. The location is amazing—across from the hotel, there’s a self-laundromat, and a small mall is just a few minutes' walk away. There’s an amazing Peranakan restaurant (Raya) within walking distance that you should try. You may also get a 50% discount for the hotel spa.

Good spot for old town phuket trip. You can just walk to explore. Room is spacious and clean good lay out, design, clean . Love the location. Raintree spa inside hotel. Many good restaurants nearby . I suggest Hana ramen and cafe. Japanese authentic . Convenient store . One thing the adapter should have cover from water next to the sink is quite dangerous.

The Location is pretty good. phuket old town, bookstore, 7-11, pharmacy is within walking distance. The service is average. Cleanliness is the only problem for me. The bed is clean, the bathroom is also clean. But the spider web iwere there from the first day until the very last moment that we checked out.

I love everything about it.

Spacious room and convenient location. Not to mention the tidiness. We booked this place as a transfer stop to Rassada pier. Totally satisfactory.

It’s great location in Phuket town, just a few minutes away from walking street. Staff is friendly and helpful when my mom requests for more blanket and we got it very soon. Even they are a small boutique hotel but the breakfast wasn’t bad as pictures. Only thing is the room that we got it was huge and AC in the room is too small to make it cold enough specially in the afternoon after checked in

Its located in old phuket town. The rooms are clean and spacious enough and well maintained by staff

Great location just on the edge of the main road in Old Town. Room is spacious however the service was a bit of a let down. There are 2 bottles of water provided in the room daily and we finished it on the first day of checking in as it was a hot day. Called reception for more water on the first night and they asked me to walk over to the 7-11 nearby although I was already in my pyjamas ready for bed. Would expect hotel to provide water when required therefore service is poor.

Excellent service! The people at the front desk struggled speaking in English other than that the food and service was very good.

Rooms: level 4 rooms that were newly renovated are ok. But level 3 rooms are old and not well maintained. We stayed in level upon checked in but we changed a room due to a blocked sink. Following nights were horrible. Dark and old rooms. Air con was not cold and we were sweating at night. Was hearing some animals crawling and digging noise from the ceiling in the middle of night. Couldn’t sleep and were terrified. There are many more better hotel than this. Disappointed at the staff that did not offer to change our room upon hearing the mid night noises.

Room is quite big. Near old town area and hotel downstair restaurant is amazing.
