Bon emplacement dans la ville de Phuket près de la route principale, moyen facile de se promener en face de l'hôtel, il y a 7/11 et très proche du centre commercial à quelques minutes à pied.

Propre, confortable, après-midi, très bonnes installations Le chef de file a reçu de très bonnes informations.

La chambre est spacieuse, très propre, la clim est un peu bruyante, bien dans l'ensemble, le lit est confortable.

Excellent service! The people at the front desk struggled speaking in English other than that the food and service was very good.

Rooms: level 4 rooms that were newly renovated are ok. But level 3 rooms are old and not well maintained. We stayed in level upon checked in but we changed a room due to a blocked sink. Following nights were horrible. Dark and old rooms. Air con was not cold and we were sweating at night. Was hearing some animals crawling and digging noise from the ceiling in the middle of night. Couldn’t sleep and were terrified. There are many more better hotel than this. Disappointed at the staff that did not offer to change our room upon hearing the mid night noises.

This was such a great hotel. It was clean and very convenient to our travel plans. We would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Phuket.

Lives up to its 3 star rating, offering a gym, restaurant and spa. Sino House is about 300m from a shopping plaza which contains the 'Pint Factory', and would be just 500m from Old Town tourist streets. Standard double rooms are as advertised, about 32m2 with king bed, refrigerator, sofa, table, and plenty of wardrobe space. Bed is comfortable. There are sockets either side, including usb ports, and lighting controls. The bathroom (shower) is separated from the toilet, and the vanity mirror and wash basin occupies a space adjacent to the ensuite bathroom. There is a single elevator that services only the 5 floors, so fast access isn't usually a problem. The service is good here. I requested a room change because the aircon was ineffective and they granted the request immediately. Overall a decent mid range accommodation choice for Phuket Old Town.

I always choose this hotel when I visited to Phuket and especially!! there are a counter, plates, microwave, spoon and fork that so convenient like at my house. ^^ love it❤️👍

Location is great...right out of the old town but still very close to walk anywhere. Clean place with fun character...would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone.

在布吉臨時選的酒店，攜程服務好，貴幾十還是選擇了攜程。 首先説説好的地方: 1.地理位置很好，離週末夜市步行真的也就半條街的樣子，帶孩子走路過去也就10分鐘不到。打車去最大間、王權、尚泰都是十來分鐘的路程，對於我家暈車的小朋友可太好了，還沒上勁兒呢就到了。 馬路對面就有711，晚上711門口的流動香蕉餅很好吃，白天711邊上巷子裏有小攤販，本地人都在吃的，價格實惠。 711旁邊還有家文具書店，順着文具店紅綠燈往右拐，幾分鐘就有個小商場，裏面有類似於中國的大時代，價格便宜乾淨，商城裡葯店、屈臣氏、小超市都有。 晚上小商城邊上還有小夜市，天天都有，不大的夜市，吃飽完全沒問題，30珠一杯的椰子沙冰超值。 周邊米其林太多了，網紅的感覺都不大行…… 房間每天冰箱提供2瓶碳酸飲料。免費的 服務員好像是培訓過？好幾個都看的懂中文。 房間很大，小朋友有書桌上課。 2.房間，最開始給的一間3樓尾房，房間暗，壓抑，小朋友進去不大舒服。酒店給換了2層的聯通房的一間，亮堂很多，床是1.8的，睡2大2小完全沒問題。 下面説説我覺得不好的地方，可以衡量下。 1.房間很多罈子……罈子……先不説將就不將就，小朋友很容易碰掉，後面協商酒店先拿走了。 2.房間空調有問題，開時間長了滴水，都滴在她家沙發了，跟酒店提出了，他們也修了，還是漏…… 3.房間是鑰匙開門，取電是個小木板和鑰匙鏈一起的。我家問題是孩子上午上完課，中午出門學習沒辦法充電，晚上還要上網課…… 4.衞生打掃不徹底，沙發很臟，縫隙都是塵土、頭髮、橘子核……第一晚就和酒店説了，到最後也沒有打掃…… 5.水質特別差，水質特別差，水質特別差，洗澡的濾芯2天必須換一根，4個人洗一次澡，就整個變色了，我拿洗臉巾把水龍頭包起來，4個人洗一次手就成咖啡色了。 6.可能是我個人敏感，小朋友沒有感覺…我從洗手間探頭看外面，餘光看到客廳一個白色的影子嗖一下沒了，不確定是不是眼花…… 7.酒店中國元素很多，罈子啊，八仙啊，梅花圖啊，我就是不理解，大門口為啥掛兩個白色的大燈籠……為啥掛白色的…… 大概就這樣吧，優缺點都很明顯，就看在乎哪一項了。 攜程問題響應很快，讓人放心。

가족들이 잠시 쉬어갈수 있는곳으로 예약을 한곳. 직원들이 친절하고 청소도 깨끗하게 해줌. 아담하고 청결한 곳이였음. 친절한 직원분들께 감사합니다.

地理位置很好，基礎設施也很方便，酒店服務和床都讓人感到很舒服。

定的奇諾套房有個客廳地方很大，有兩個空調，酒店位置真的太方便了，離普吉老街幾條街的路程，附近還有一個也是，氛圍很好，下樓過馬路就是711太方便了，附近還有個商場裏面有吃的，下次還會住，性價比高，房間沒拍照但是如介紹頁所示沒什麼差距，前台服務小姐姐態度也很好
