This is a hotel I don't want to stay at again. The facility was very old and bad.
When I booked this hotel, I made sure to make sure it had an elevator and high-speed Wi-Fi. However, this hotel is divided into two buildings, one with an elevator and one without, and my room was on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator. The person at the front desk helped me carry my large luggage up to the 4th floor, but I was really tired of having to use the stairs every day.
Wi-Fi worked fine in the lobby, but for some reason I couldn't connect at all in my room. The person at the front desk said they would call a technician right away to fix the Wi-Fi, and I believed him, but the technician never came by the time I checked out (I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights). The people at the front desk don't do any work. Just watching YouTube at high volume.
Worst of all, the ceiling in the bathroom was rotting and leaking water. This really ******. When I was sitting on the toilet, dirty water was falling from the ceiling and it was very unpleasant. I really wonder why they are using this room as a hotel.
Also, the sound of the room door closing in this hotel is really loud and disturbs your sleep. The sound of someone speaking in the hallway echoes so much that it becomes stressful. The water pressure in the shower is very weak and takes more than twice the time it takes to take a normal shower. The only amenities are shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, water, and bath towels. No bath mat. There is no hair dryer in the room, so you have to borrow one from the front desk. The bed mattress is hard and makes a lot of noise when you turn over. I have back and lower back pain due to this mattress.
The only good things were the great location and the bath towels were big and clean. Nothing else was good. The people who rate this hotel highly are probably the ones who were lucky enough to stay in a room with an elevator, Wi-Fi, and a ceiling that didn't rot. I hope you don't choose this hotel.
