Flight of steps to reach front door (approx 28), but otherwise very easy mobility around space main living area 6.) No smoking or vaping in the cabin 7.) We are surrounded by trees. While this is peaceful, it does mean you will encounter bugs, insects, leaves, pollen, small twigs. Pollen will settle on outdoor furniture and decking. During the colder months, small wildlife critters (such as mice) may attempt to reach warmth inside the cabin. Nature tries to make itself cozy. While the house is professionally cleaned, keep in mind the house is still a mountain cabin amongst nature and wildlife. 8.) Damage protection - The $40 charge listed as a "management fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement. 9.) In extreme cold weather, the hot tub is designed to maintain a cozy temperature between 100°F and 104°F when the cover is on. However, when the cover is off, the water temperature will naturally drop 5 degrees per hour due to exposure to the cold air. This is completely normal and part of how hot tubs work!
