Whether you choose to relax by the pool or the Jacuzzi, or even work out by the 35 sqm gym room and head on in the sauna, then this is what you are looking for your holidays this year. Moreover it is 10 minutes’ drive to the Rethymnon main town and only 5 minutes’ drive to the closest beach of Platanes village. Sports villa is an impressive new built (2015) design villa with straight lines and minimalistic decoration. What makes it one of its kind is the ability for the athletes especially, to have the best work out equipment in the gym provided and also another 200sqm area outside along with a 30m professional runaway sprint track. The house rests on a well-manicured 600sqm plot, where the private pool along with the BBQ area next to it, will you a few good memories to take with you back. Beside the pool, guests will find stylish furniture to enjoy the sun and also an elegant table and chairs for the outdoor dining times. One of the most important qualities as you enter the villa is its brightness due to the spacious windows the high ceiling and its glass walls. On the ground floor someone can find a fully erupt kitchen with all the necessary utilities like, fridge, microwave, filter machine, washing machine etc. Relaxing by the comfy couch of the living room and watching a movie in the ‘Smart Satellite TV’’ is another is another highlight of the villa.
