Seule une réelle plainte est l'agent de la table de front Steve. En étant la seule personne en ligne, alors que l'autre clef m'a aidé un client devant moi plutôt que de me aider à vérifier, il a décidé qu'il était plus important de se tourner à parler mal de ses autres collaborateurs et de faire du travail occupé. En attendant patientement, il m'a finalement accueilli après avoir été là pendant 20 minutes qu'il serait ”avec moi bientôt”. Après avoir attendu un autre 10-15 minutes, il était prêt à ”aider” si vous l'appeliez même. Il a commencé le contrôle en cours ne pouvait pas se souvenir de mon nom après avoir demandé trois fois ce que le nom de réservation était sous marche deux fois sans dire quoi que ce soit et il reviendrait ensuite pour poser les mêmes questions enfin la deuxième fois le bureau frontal Le directeur a pris l'initiative et a fini le processus, ainsi que de proposer deux boissons gratuites, je suis sûre parce qu'elle pouvait voir la frustration de mon visage. Le centre de l'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé.

La plage de sable clé est moins remplie que la plage d'eau claire et beaucoup plus relaxante. Le trolley vous emmène sur le pont vers le côté Clearwater. Je ne peux pas dire une chose négative à propos de cet hôtel. Je recommande à toutes mes familles et mes amis. La gestion devrait donner à tous les personnels kudos pour un excellent service avec un sourire!

I came into town for a business meeting and was very happy with my stay. It was nice and quiet in my room, considering the hotel is near a busy road. Anytime I need anything the staff was always there to please their guests. It was very nice to see a manager always around, checking on his staff, seeing if they needed help. Because of a good experience I would stay here again. Thank you.

I booked this for my wife to attend a religious speaker near by this hotel. My wife arrived late and was not greeted how any customers should be greater. ONLY ”ID PLEASE!” As my wife searched for her ID he said another ”I SAID I NEED YOUR ID” The next day I get a call from the woman at the front desk say that I was staying in two room and I would be charged and I needed to figure out what room I wanted to stay. I called my wife to ask what was the situation with the ac that made her change room. She did not change room nor complain about anything. The woman in the phone said ”Well we need to figure this out and someone needs to move the luggage to one room or we are going to bill you for both rooms” I told her she was wrong my wife was still in the original room. I ask to talk to the manager she told me they would not call till Monday. Insulting us and insinuating that we were defrauding an inn keeper. Stay June 23 to June 25. I have messaged in the app and the text message service the hotel uses with out any responses.
