設施：因為是新的酒店，設備都是新的
衞生：衞生環境也比較乾淨
環境：周邊就有沙灘，可以看海景，停車也很方便
服務：酒店的服務人員特別熱情，特別是有為叫七七的女服務員，從進門就開始引導我們辦理入住，帶入住房間，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。還主動詢問我們需求，及時響應。推薦來平潭島的可以住這裏，真的很不錯。

酒店位置很便利，出門轉個彎就是海灘，沙子很細膩，小朋友玩得不亦樂乎。 回到正題，由於是春節假期錯峯出行，加上帶着兩個小孩，前台很體貼的給升級了房間，並加送早餐，小朋友床有上下鋪，每個人都睡得很安心。
酒店的佈局也比其他酒店合理些，細節方面如洗澡和衞生間都是非透明玻璃設計，有滑移門，確保洗澡時大人的私隱，這點好評。

這次入住體驗非常糟糕，酒店的空調完全不給力，房間內一直悶熱難耐，晚上根本無法正常休息。被子又厚又不透氣，蓋着簡直像在蒸桑拿，最後衹能開窗通風才能勉強入睡。房門的隔音效果極差，走廊裏的説話聲聽得一清二楚，嚴重影響睡眠質量。
作為一家酒店，基本的舒適度和隔音效果都無法保證，甚至連一些普通民宿或連鎖酒店都不如，實在讓人失望。希望酒店能重視這些問題，儘快改進設施和服務，否則真的很難讓人願意再次選擇入住。

房間很好，很乾凈，設施挺新的。酒店一出來就是海邊沙灘，沙子很細很乾凈，孩子玩的特別開心。老公説住着太舒服不想走了，都想把後面行程取消繼續住個幾天玩夠了再走。酒店天台還可以看日出🌅周邊吃的有海鮮大排檔，酒店裡也可以點餐吃。以後找機會再來

説實話，簡直超出預期的一次入住!分享給大家一下
平時也是喜歡到處玩兒的人兒，這次被安利來平潭島轉轉，也是成功被安利到了“逸扉”這個品牌了！之前都沒怎麼注意到過Sorry..
我們選的逸扉園景大床，喊聲“小度小度”，窗簾自動打開，房間挺大，有免費的可樂雪碧，還有咖啡（膠囊式的那種，好喝！）！
酒店附近的話，就是據説這邊沙子最乾淨的壇南灣沙灘，從大堂門口出去兩三分鐘就到了，天氣好的話確實景觀挺不錯。
就是吃的話，沒有太多，不過開車過來的，問題不大。出門前問了前台美女們，給了幾家店推薦的都還挺好吃，沒踩雷。
大堂經理服務也很好，熱情地和我們打招呼，還教我們怎麼用洗衣機烘乾機啥的，挺好的。
和同等價位的的民宿一比，這家酒店贏麻了。

設施：挺好的，沒想到在這個地方還能像在家一樣生活着
衞生：很乾凈，比我們在上一個酒店住的乾淨許多，衹是阿姨打掃衞生的時候沒有把桌面清理桌子擦乾淨了，但紙屑還留着，可能沒看見還是怎麼回事，但也很厲害了地面掃的很乾凈，什麼都很不錯，東西缺少什麼也都補上了
環境：很好，下次還住，我超愛這個電視，晚上看很温馨，像在自己家的感覺。雖然電視沒有很大但是看着很舒服，衹能恨自己時間安排的緊哈哈哈哈，沒有太多時間看👀下次來平潭還住，市區太吵鬧了，這裏很安靜，我也很喜歡安靜的地方，有一方凈土
服務：有求必應，很喜歡他們提供的咖啡，真的很不錯，希望下次來住的時候還是這樣不會變，附上一張我愛的電視，這樣的酒店性價比超級高，祝你們發財，也祝我發財，都發財🤑

親子旅遊，航宇小哥晚上八點還為我們接了站，很辛苦，感謝。酒店在自然資源研究中心裏，很漂亮的樓，就在壇南灣海灘旁邊。整體服務很好，態度親和，響應迅速。
需要注意的是，不知道為什麼一到下午，廁所就會返味道，哪怕是剛打掃乾淨的房間，也有一股廁所的臭味，希望以後能注意下。
