Kenting Maldives Hot Spring Hotel is located in the prime area of Hengchun Town. It is an excellent transportation hub to the major popular attractions on the Kenting Peninsula. Whether going to the beach, national park or downtown Hengchun, it is convenient and fast. 房間很殘舊，床很硬。服務態度也很差，一入住的時候發現床上面很多污跡。晚上九點的時候要求他們換床單，他們表示服務人員已經下班，只能明天再給我們換，所以給了我們一張很多塵的毛氈，結果我們鼻敏感一個晚上多睡不了覺。早上10點的時候再提醒他們要換床單，沒想到晚上六點回去的時候發現還是同一張床單。朋友問他們為什麼你們沒有換，那個服務人員說 不是我沒有換呀，是他們沒有換。這種推卸責任的處理問題手法合理嗎？

溫泉券還需另外加購，撞球間潮濕悶臭！

環境比較舊，
食物質素不好吃，
服務態度欠佳。
但係恆春鎮中心地帶，比較方便，租車可以環繞成個墾丁去玩，感覺都幾幾方便。

位置在恆春市區離墾丁有段距離，入口很美寫著溫泉飯店，但建物是老舊公寓，房間就更糟糕，廁所是我去過的最小又最糟糕的，我買4人房5000多，跟旅舍600元的環境差不多，因為旅充忘記帶走旅館寄到我家所以服務才給3星，不然應該是都1星。
