Kenting Coast Resort

Location is perfect off Dawan next to the coast, beach is only 1min away! We likes our particular room but noted not all layouts are the same. Has water machine and beds are comfy. Parking is just right off the back and very easy to access night market. As off and away from main street, it is still quiet at night. We loved the balcony and definitely will recommend it over some nearby options.

部屋は清潔で本当に目の前が海で非常に良い宿でした！ただ一点だったのは、夕方頃にチェックインしてから3時間近く、ずっとカラオケの音がうるさかったことです…。静かに波の音を聴きながらサンセットを見たかったのに台無しでした…。(上の階から聞こえているような気がしたけど違うかもしれません、そしたら宿の責任ではないです) それ以外は非常に素晴らしかったです。

設施比較殘舊，梳化沒有墊子，並藏滿灰塵，廁紙架失去只剩下底座，陽台玻璃枱上還有煙頭未清理，前堂的肥妹態度惡劣，晚班的哥哥就非常之好，陽台坐著觀海聽浪不錯，很舒服，房型不大，服務一般，只想看風景又不介意服務的朋友不妨一住。

Отель прекрасно расположен, на первой линии в 50 метрах от пляжа и при этом, близко от ночного рынка, но не шумно. Персонал очень вежливый и предупредительный. Особенности: отель закрывают на ночь после 11 вечера.

Enjoyed this hotel. We choose the sea view room. Days wake up with this sea view. Love it!

No bidet spray, hand soap, hair conditioner, shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste etc. but there’s water dispenser on every level so saved us some money from buying bottled water. Overall it is still provide pretty comfortable stay & good base to be at for exploring Kenting & Hengchun. It’s easy to find this hotel. From Taoyuan airport we took Airport Express Train to Taoyuan HSR (High Speed Rail) station & took HSR to Zuoying THSR in Kaohsiung, then took Kenting Express Bus 9189 at bus stop #2 along the road outside of Zuoying THSR station (need to top up enough fare in your Easy Travel card at the station beforehand otherwise pay cash to bus driver). Alight at Kenting Police Substation bus stop (get ready to press the bell once you pass Kenting Arch otherwise driver won’t stop for you) & walk into small lane walk a short distance to the back door of Kenting Coast Resort. There’s a restaurant called Magic Kitchen for quick breakfast a very short walk to the right of hotel front door. We managed to book half day (4-hr) tour with the help hotel receptionist on both days, just tell the driver where you want to go for sighting/experience/food. We paid NTD 2200 for each half-day tour. We actually checked out early in the morning on the last day & did a 4-hr tour of Hengchun old town with our luggages in the car & get dropped off at Hengchun interchange bus station to catch Kenting Express Bus back to Zuoying THSR. But we discovered actually you can deposit luggages at the Hengchun interchange bus station for a fee then walk around Hengchun old town yourselves without worrying about lugging luggages around haha.
