SStaycationBearyDe l'arrivée au départ, le service a été excellent. Le personnel et l'équipage ont fait preuve d'un accueil chaleureux et étaient attentifs aux besoins des clients. Comme dans de nombreux hôtels à Taïwan, les produits d'accueil comme les brosses à dents et le dentifrice ne sont pas fournis en chambre ; vous devrez donc apporter les vôtres.
Sunshine Liv travaille en partenariat avec un loueur de scooters qui livre et récupère les scooters directement chez l'habitant. Le prix de location est raisonnable : 400 TWD pour 24 heures, et il n'est pas nécessaire de restituer le scooter avec le plein. L'hébergement est également idéalement situé, le marché nocturne le plus proche étant à seulement 10 minutes en scooter.
Nous avons été ravis de bénéficier d'un surclassement gratuit avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan ! La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien entretenue. La télévision offre un large choix de chaînes de différents genres, pour tous les goûts. De plus, l'hébergement sert un délicieux petit-déjeuner maison.
En résumé, nous recommandons vivement Kenting, et Sunshine Liv est un excellent choix d'hébergement !
P.S. Un parking gratuit est disponible pour les clients de l'hôtel, mais l'espace de stationnement est assez étroit, les conducteurs doivent donc procéder avec prudence.

IInvitéOverall our stay was great! This was our first time in Taiwan Kenting, we were looking for somewhere easy to go from Macau with nice holiday beach feel. We used to go to Thailand but we wanted a change this time.
Location wise it’s very convenient 2 mins walk to the night market where you have tons of food options, street stalls or restaurants wise. You have couples of 7 elevens, family mart, watsons all you need in case you forget to pack something.
There’s bus station “xiaowan” very convenient for sightseeing if you don’t rent a car. Pretty on time and big coaches very comfortable with AC.
In terms of amenities, we thought the hotel could have more beach amenities, beach bar or restaurants would add a huge value for the hotel. Many families would stay all day by the beach if they have bar/restaurant. It was a shame its was closed…
Also the sun lounges could be a bit more comfortable simply just add a thin cushions on top. And again would be great to have a bar for quick bite by the pool.
Our room was the ground floor ones with Jacuzzi, it was a lovely touch since they don’t have bathtub in the bathroom. The little garden is a great touch for morning meditation. :)
We also did a nighttime activity with the hotel by the beach to hunt crabs. It was a great activity and the staff did a great job explaining and helping out.
Food wise, we had breakfast buffet in all 5 days, it was a big selection of food but not much variety. We had a lunch by lobby bar… but was not up to our taste unfortunately. There is much better options outside or hotel.
Oh and they did a little decoration since it was my bday and offered a cheesecake to the room by a robot :).
All in all it was a great experience hopefully they will step up the pool and beach area.

GGj KenOur stay at Amanda Hotel is Awesome! We enjoy swimming in the pool area,our room is comfy,the food is delicious ,they have these moroccan style outfit for rent that gives highlight to the hotel and it was very entertaining though, i think they just need to add some clothes or a bit repair is needed but overall i would say it worth the penny.and thanks to the very accomodating staff! They did great🙌💚

UUtilisateur anonymeNo bidet spray, hand soap, hair conditioner, shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste etc. but there’s water dispenser on every level so saved us some money from buying bottled water. Overall it is still provide pretty comfortable stay & good base to be at for exploring Kenting & Hengchun. It’s easy to find this hotel. From Taoyuan airport we took Airport Express Train to Taoyuan HSR (High Speed Rail) station & took HSR to Zuoying THSR in Kaohsiung, then took Kenting Express Bus 9189 at bus stop #2 along the road outside of Zuoying THSR station (need to top up enough fare in your Easy Travel card at the station beforehand otherwise pay cash to bus driver). Alight at Kenting Police Substation bus stop (get ready to press the bell once you pass Kenting Arch otherwise driver won’t stop for you) & walk into small lane walk a short distance to the back door of Kenting Coast Resort. There’s a restaurant called Magic Kitchen for quick breakfast a very short walk to the right of hotel front door. We managed to book half day (4-hr) tour with the help hotel receptionist on both days, just tell the driver where you want to go for sighting/experience/food. We paid NTD 2200 for each half-day tour. We actually checked out early in the morning on the last day & did a 4-hr tour of Hengchun old town with our luggages in the car & get dropped off at Hengchun interchange bus station to catch Kenting Express Bus back to Zuoying THSR. But we discovered actually you can deposit luggages at the Hengchun interchange bus station for a fee then walk around Hengchun old town yourselves without worrying about lugging luggages around haha.

IInvitéL'hôtel a été récemment rénové, avec une chambre très spacieuse avec vue et un petit balcon !
Les réceptionnistes sont super gentilles, serviables et très sympathiques (désolés d'avoir oublié vos noms) !
Nous avons séjourné un soir de semaine, où l'hôtel/auberge n'était pas complet. Le calme était au rendez-vous, ce qui était notre objectif. Je ne sais pas comment les choses se passeront le week-end ou en haute saison, lorsque l'hôtel affiche complet.
L'hôtel est également très proche d'une excursion de plongée sous-marine/snorkeling.
C'est un peu plus loin, près du port, mais facilement accessible en scooter de location.
Le seul bémol : l'heure de départ à 23 h est un peu avancée (nous avons cru comprendre que d'autres hôtels/auberges de l'île le font aussi). Si le départ peut avoir lieu à midi, ce sera parfait !
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous revenons sur l'île !

SSteffdoI recently stayed at 35.5 Inn in Kenting Xiaowan, and overall, I had a very positive experience.
The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the amenities provided were good. Everything was well-maintained, making my stay comfortable.
The location is fantastic—the hotel is right next to the Kenting Night Market, which is held daily. This makes it incredibly convenient for food, shopping, and entertainment. Additionally, a scooter rental shop is located right next door, offering both regular and electric scooters, making it easy to explore the area.
One aspect that could be improved is the check-in process. Unfortunately, check-in is only available from 4:00 PM, which can be inconvenient for travelers arriving earlier. A potential improvement would be to provide guests with the door code in advance, allowing early check-in if the room is already available. In my case, my room was unoccupied before my arrival, so this could have been an easy solution.
Overall, I highly recommend 35.5 Inn for its cleanliness, great location, and accessibility to transport options. If they refine their check-in process, it would be an even better experience!

IInvitéVery nice place to stay. It seems newly built or renovated and it was very clean. We had a great room with a balcony.
Staff is super friendly and really went the extra mile to help us, despite a slight language barrier (they were able to communicate all relevant information in English to us). There was free coffee, tea, and snacks available (including snacks from the island).
You may choose between a pre-made breakfast at the hotel or vouchers for a breakfast at a take away place that’s a five-minute scooter drive away. We choose the latter - it’s a nice local experience, a bit of a challenge for non-Chinese speakers such as ourselves, so if you don’t want to figure it out, the pre-made breakfast might be a better option.
You can also rent an e-scooter here, which is nice but do keep in mind that it’s silent - so other people in traffic may not hear you. We had no problems but I noticed some people crossing that seemed to have no idea we were passing. A plus is that you can change the battery for free at several points on the island.

IInvitéIl n'y a pas d'ascenseur dans l'hôtel, seulement des escaliers, mais l'hôte est très sympathique et aide à porter les bagages jusqu'à la chambre. L'emplacement est juste au marché de nuit, et il y a de nombreux stands parmi lesquels choisir en bas, c'est très pratique pour manger !
