Panorama Hotel Fontanella

Hugely overpriced! Did not offer value for money. Did not live up to the details on your web site. Frankly we wanted to leave early but were left in no doubt that our prepaid fee would be forfeit .....this was a very unpleasant feeling! Food was at best 3 out of 10. We had the feeling that they were spending the minimum to extract the maximum profit from us. Breakfast was the bare minmum. No effort at all to offer food that our 7 year old could eat. Mattress on the bed was extremely uncomfortable Staff were distant and without smiiling! Bar area was very poor. The hotel is actually OUTSIDE Madonna de Campiglio. Frankly we should have been reimbursed for the whole stay!

I spent amazing two weeks in Panorama Hotel Fontanella. It’s a wonderful family hotel, superb service, extraordinary delicious food, benevolent service excellent SPA with indoor/outdoor pool, and most of all that Panorama View on Dolomiti du Brenta. I can recommend this Hotel with pure heart and you can be sure that Marco and his family will take good care of you and make sure your stay will be remembered. I really love this place and I am planning my next trip here!

Always the best in Madonna , family with friends trip Marco his wife , the driver all are adorable We have been going for several years but this year E we’re very pleasantly surprised by the new spa with inside puisse swimming pool and fantastic view on the mountains. Our favorite location for a week of snow holidays.

My partner, our 10 month-old baby and I arrived at this hotel on Sunday July 3rd. Check-in was friendly, we were briefed on things to do, breakfast, etc. As soon as we got to the room I realized we hadn't been given any information about the pool. As the pool was the main reason we booked the hotel, my partner returned to the reception. Unfortunately, he came back empty-handed. Much to our surprise, hotel owner Marco said not only that we had to pay €15 per person (access for couple of hours if not too crowded) but also and above all that our baby was not allowed in the pool (!) because: "Do you know what it costs to have the pool cleaned should your baby have a full diaper (?!)". I couldn't believe my ears. Such a rude and incomprehensible behavior and this for a hotel owner no less. Should this have been mentioned upon making the reservation, it goes without saying that we would never have booked this hotel (12h travel is no fun with a 10-month-old baby). I told him I disagreed and showed him that none of this was stated while making the booking. Instead of acting like a proper hotel owner and apologizing for the misunderstanding, his behavior kept getting worse. He literally told us: "that's what happens when you book through *********** and not on our website". Who knows why he puts his hotel on *********** in the first place... Instead of apologizing and allowing us in the pool (with baby & without fees!), he stood firm that this was an issue between *********** & us. We didn't want to stay here for a minute longer and immediately left back home after a 12-hour outward journey. What that man (unworthy of the name hotel-owner) did to our family is unforgivable. Instead of taking this as a miscommunication between him & ***********, he argued with us, his customers no less, at the reception (in front of other customers) for a mistake on his side and ruined our vacation. We immediately opened a complaint file with *********** (who were equally appalled by such behavior) and were refunded 3 nights out of 4. In terms of customer friendliness, this hotel scores a 0/10.

Consigliato da un amico abbiamo scelto questo hotel per nostra vacanza... Che dire tutto perfetto... Centro benessere piccolino e molto accogliente.... Cucina, sublime.... Pulizia ******ale.... Consiglio questa struttura per una vacanza rilassante.... Grazie di tutto...

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo a fine gennaio (per 4 notti) e siamo stati veramente bene...proprietari gentilissimi e accoglienti, camera spaziosa e ordinata (una family room) con una vista spettacolare, un'ottima cucina e una zona benessere molto carina.

Premetto che non sono solito fare recensioni ,ma all'hotel Fontanella tocca farlo ,premetto che la junior suite da noi selezionata ,vista dolomiti era fantastica ,era un vero peccato alzarsi al letto ,la colazione eccezionale con torte fatte in casa e una crostata di albicocche e cannella da paura ,la Spa ristrutturata da poco bellissima con sauna vista dolomite ,unica nota negativa la cena finali stinco duro e freddo ,sia di maiale che di capriolo ,per questo non posso metterli 5 pallini pieni ,ed in ultimo la gentilezza di Marco e la moglie è qualcosa che compensa tutto ,grazie di tutto e spero di rivedervi presto ....

Hotel molto curato e pulito gestito da una bella famiglia sempre disponibile che ti fa sentire a casa...ma che casa! Zona relax con piscina riscaldata davvero bella e funzionale con una vista mozzafiato. A cena abbiamo potuto gustare anche dei buoni piatti locali Siamo stati veramente bene!
