Hotel Europeo Alpine Charme & Wellness

One of the best hotel experiences in the Italian ski resorts. Definitely also the best price-quality ratio. The rooms are modern and of adequate size. The SPA area has a large swimming pool with jacuzzi and many different saunas and relaxation areas. Be sure to choose half board, as you will definitely miss the dinners offered there. The entire hotel staff is very friendly and caring, but also the owner of the hotel personally ensures that all guests are satisfied on a daily basis. The transfer offered by the hotel to the ski lifts was also very convenient.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful hotel for a ski vacation in the dolomites. The staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. The rooms were large, clean, quiet, and well appointed. There is a spa for all guests to use which included waterbeds, several saunas, and a pool. Also lovely herbal teas to sip and relax with after a day of skiing. The food was exceptional a new menu every evening and never disappointing. We did the half -board. The full buffet breakfast was fantastic, including a selection of fresh breads and pastries each day. The free shuttle service to the gondola was very convenient and much appreciated. The town of Pinzolo was lovely. Our proprietors, Gaia, Giacomo, and Delia were very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfectly wonderful. We do hope to return one day!

Stayed at this beautiful hotel for a week’s skiing holiday. It has a lovely swimming pool and spa that we used most days. The hotel provides bath robes and flip flops. We stayed in a junior suite with a balcony and it was very spacious and was of a high standard. The hotel provides a ski shuttle service up to and back from the lifts and the driver was friendly and very efficient. We had dinner included in our package and it was of an exceptional standard, a fine dining experience with a different menu each night. The staff were very friendly and provided a high standard of service. The owner made time each evening to talk to all the guests which was a lovely touch as she was so welcoming and grateful to her guests, she even gave me a gift when departing. We will be back!

I spent amazing couple of days in the hotel in February 2023. My stay was enjoyable on every aspect. Room was modern, spacious with very comfortable bed which guarantee good sleep after a long day of skiing. SPA area with a pool, few saunas, waterbeds and relax area with water and tea is a perfect choice before dinner. And finally dinner…it is on the level of really good restaurants offering every evening various delicious italian dishes and desserts. Ski lift is not far away from the hotel but in the morning and after skiing you can get a ride with hotel's skibus. Last but not least people of the hotel also ensure pleasent stay. Ladies in the reception, restaurant and spa staff are very kind and open.

Fabulous hotel and spa set in the centre of Pinzolo. Easy walk to all the villages amenities. A bonus was the use of the on-demand ski bus to the cable car station, so no walking in ski boots. Ski and boot drying room was useful and practical and we located. The food and service in the restaurant was 5 star, the staff couldn't do enough ta made us feel special. The set menu for dinner was delicious, 4 courses with local and seasonal dishes that never felt too heavy. When combined with the recommended local wines, the meal times were a real event to look forward to each evening. The pool and spa area is modern and very clean too and Covid measures were followed to make us feel safe. In summary, classy but not too formal. Rooms to a high standard (we had a very generous sized suite with a terrace). Great views too. Thank you to the staff for making it a memorable trip.

Beautifull hotel with lovely staff. Excellent service and great accomodation. Great wellness with swimming pool, reading area, 3 types of sauna, ice cave/bucket and water beds plus the option to get a great massage/manicure/pedicure,... Very good restaurant with excellent food, you can choose from 4 first courses, 4 main courses and a variety of deserts including home made ice-cream. The hotel is close to the Pinzolo ski area and ski renting where you can go with the hotel shuttle bus or by foot through the lovely town of Pinzolo. Large parking in front of and behind the hotel. Great experience, will definetely come back!

Di solito non scrivo recensioni ma leggendo quella che mi precede mi son sentito in dovere di descrivere la mia esperienza fantastica all'hotel Europeo. Al nostro arrivo ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio, ben accolti, con tutte le informazioni del caso, orari del ristorante, orari della navetta x le piste da sci, uso dell'accappatoio e delle infradito per la piscina a disposizione nell'armadio della nostra camera, password wifi ( velocissima la connessione ) Ristorante: un'eccellenza a Pinzolo, come si mangia qui non ho mangiato in nessun altro albergo, presentazione e materie prime di prima qualità, ottimi primi e secondi di carne e pesce, lista di 10 dolci a sera sempre diversi, da assaggiarli tutti dopo una bella giornata passata sugli sci . Per non parlare dei gelati, fatti direttamente nella gelateria/bar dell'albergo. Da lodare la professionalità del maitre e della sua squadra. Navetta per le piste: ho letto nella recensione precedente che non si arriva in tempo per l'apertura delle piste. È assolutamente falso, la prima navetta parte alle 8:15 e in 5 minuti si è già davanti all'impianto, che apre alle 8:30 !!! La colazione apre alle 7:30 e dopo 45 minuti ero sulla navetta diretto alla stazione sciistica, sia quella che ti porta al Doss del Sabion che Tulot. Spa: altro punto di forza dell'hotel è la piscina e la Spa. Sempre pulita e ordinata, con il Sig. Massimo che nella prima visita ci ha illustrato perfettamente le diverse saune a nostra disposizione. Tornerò sicuramente in questo bellissimo hotel , ringrazio la Sig. Delia e la Sig. Gaia per averci fatto sentire come a casa, anzi ancora meglio. A prestissimo !!!

Siamo fedeli ospiti di questo incantevole Hotel da anni, e ogni volta che ci torniamo è come ritrovare una seconda casa. L’atmosfera familiare creata dalla calda accoglienza del personale ci fa sentire subito a nostro agio. Le camere sono ben arredate, spaziose e molto pulite. La cucina è assolutamente impeccabile, dalla colazione alla cena fino al loro immancabile gelato. La varietà e la freschezza degli ingredienti utilizzati sono evidenti in ogni boccone, e il menu offre una ricca selezione di piatti tradizionali ed innovativi che soddisfano ogni gusto. Il personale è attento e cortese, sempre pronto a consigliare le specialità del giorno o ad adattare i piatti alle esigenze degli ospiti. Delia, Giacomo, Gaia e Pasquale sono persone splendide! Non vediamo l'ora di tornare anche il prossimo anno e continuare a creare preziosi ricordi con la nostra famiglia in questo luogo fantastico.
