The apartment is on the first floor of a two-story villa. It has a large terrace for exclusive use with sea view and has direct access to the beach which is only a few steps away. It has a second terrace closer to the sea with a large warehouse for bathing facilities and a barbeque and a third terrace even closer to the sea with a shower and a garden. The apartment, of about 100 square meters, consists of the following rooms: a living / dining room (sea view) with flat-screen TV, sofas, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine , dishwasher, fridge with freezer; a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom; a second bedroom with a double bed or two single beds and a private bathroom; a third bedroom with a double bed or two single beds and a private bathroom.
