Popilia is a truly magical place, on a gently sloping plateau, with centuries-old forests and beautiful botanical specimens. The spa is excellent, with a Kneipp path and high-quality saunas. The restaurant is very well looked after in every respect, especially the very elegant and professional service, the excellent cook and a good wine list, nothing is missing. I recommend it to everyone, great resort of excellent international standard.

CENA "SOFISTICATA" FATTA DI "PIATTI DA CHEF", AMBIENTE MOLTO RUSTICO MA ALLO STESSO TEMPO MOLTO ELEGANTE , OTTIMO PER "IMPRESSIONARE" I COMMENSALI. TUTTO MOLTO BUONO E PIACEVOLE AL PALATO, CONSIGLIAMO VIVAMENTE DI "VISITARE" QUESTO LOCALE CHE ALL'ESTERNO SPAZI VERDI INFINITI.

Our one week in Popilia this September was very relaxing. Large and beautiful pool, clean room and the surrounding grounds were very well kept. The restaurant was also very good but on the expensive side. Good breakfast especially the figs. The young fair lady at the reception was friendly and accommodating but I didn't know her name unfortunately. A very important thing is that a car is a must!

Our tour group stopped here for two nights. The pool area was closed due to a wedding. Grounds are very nice. We walked out to visit the donkeys, horse and rabbits. Room was small but the individual patios/courtyards were very nice. Would have liked brighter lighting in room and coffee/tea. Towels in bathroom were thin and worn. Breakfast in the main lobby started at 7am. Food was okay. AC worked great.

Lovely hotel, staff and a great setting with wonderful views all around. The strange thing is that the hotel doesn’t make the post of the great views. No bar with a view and the restaurant is surrounded by hedge so that is all you can see when seated. Such a shame as everything else is pretty good.

We were here for a wedding and didn't know what to expect coming down from Positano. Our stay was so relaxing I didn't really want to leave. The grounds are so nice and well kept and there is so much to see on the grounds from the rose garden to the little farm with animals and a very cute playground that my 3 year old daughter enjoyed. She really loved the pool and we spent time there every day or our stay. They did an amazing job at the wedding and kept the food and drink going all night long. I had never been to an Italian wedding before and was not disappointed. We had a little cottage that was so cute and private. Room was clean and roomy enough for me and my wife and daughter. We really enjoyed our stay,

On our Way from naples to Sicily we had booket one night here at popila mountain resort, we Will defenately come back, should our journey pas by there, it is a really Nice resort with great food and friendly staff

Popilia is a wonderful place to stay. The resort is spotlessly clean, with a beautiful pool, walking trails, forest and orchard. Our room was large with super fast wifi and a much needed aircon. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and I would recommend having dinner on the outside terrace during your stay. Most of all, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. A wonderful stay and I highily recommend Popilia.

Resort meraviglioso! Location bellissima con tanto verde e giardino, tenuto benissimo , che circonda tutta la struttura e i cottage. Scoperto per caso, per interrompere un lungo viaggio ci siamo fermati a Pizzo attratti dalle recensioni positivi. Popilia Country Resort ha sodisfatto tutte le nostre aspettative. Siamo arrivati in serata, ed abbiamo alloggiato in un cottage avendo un cane piccolo. Viuzze ben illuminate con indicazioni chiare ( viene data anche una mappe per orientarsi)Casetta pulita, ampia , bagno nuovo , piacevole con annesso terrazzino e giardino. Posato le valige, ci siamo recati a piedi a Cena presso il Ristorante in loco, degustando ottimi piatti ben presentati e del tonno freschissimo. Personale gentilissimo che ci ha supportato in tutto! Grazie Tommaso ! Colazione intercontinentale super che abbiamo degustato sul terrazzino (per nostra scelta) . Non abbiamo usufruito dello spa e piscina in quanto la sosta è stata breve. Piccolo supplemento per il nostro cucciolo. Abbiamo ricevuto un voucher sconto per visitare lo store del Gruppo Callipo' che si trova a pochi chilometri di distanza, e ci siamo fatti la scorta del pregiato tonno Callipo in super offerta. Torneremo sicuramente con piacere
