Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath lake home with great views. Within walking distance to public beach, hiking and a short drive to several ski resorts, shopping, dining and water sports. Enter directly off N. Lake Blvd., with plenty of parking and a 2 car carport.
Updated and modern feel while maintaining the authentic Tahoe lake house feel. Large deck to enjoy outdoor dining and relaxing. Two bedrooms upstairs and one down make it a comfortable configuration. Open floorpan kitchen, dining and living space so guests can all be together in plenty of space
Noise carries in the mountain and we have a strict HOA so noise cannot be tolerated after 8p. We have a very particular neighbor. As we are set up from the road, we do get road noise -About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:We are in a strict HOA and any complaint/violation will result in eviction and fine.
