I went to visit my daughter for a few days. On the first day of our trip her car broke down on the highway, very scary experience. The brakes were gone and the alternator died at the same time. We had to have the car towed to a shop. We spent a couple of days at the hotel just visiting. The hotel was so clean and the staff were friendly. We had a meal one night with salad and soup, very good food. The most impressive part of it was the compassion and service that Adam showed us. I called the front desk to ask if they had nail polish remover, he said the didn't have it, but in about an hour Adam called me and asked me to come downstairs. When I got downstairs, Adam had bought me nail polish remover and cotton pads as a gift from his own hard earned money. He was such a kind and considerate person. The world needs more Adam's. Thank you for making us feel welcomed and cared for. Debbie M from Kansas
