This is a place I would not recommend to anyone...The complex is in a very bad state of repair..Its very dated.The pool has no water in it for years...A lot of tiles are broke around the walkways..The apartment is very dated and is not looked after..The whole place needs painting.The Hob is cracked making it unsafe to use.. Turn the cooker on and two seconds later it shuts the electricity off...The apartment we were in never got a bit of sun on the front door or on the roof where you could sit out...The area itself is a drug dealers den.About 90 percent of the time I was offered ***** when I left the complex....

Expected the worst from reading the reviews BUT we were surprised, spotlessly clean, had towels arranged on the bed nice touch,bed was very comfortable,the sofa bed comfortable also, lovely people there couple of dog owners, there security had no English so goggle translate to the rescue but they were both gentlemen towards me and my sister, everything u need is within walking distance taxis are very reasonable and drivers very nice, Overall once the pool is repaired this place is a nice cheap get away Isnt all a party island nearer the strip can be overwhelming at night time (was fairly quiet last week so peak time) but do sight see because it's a beautiful place to visit

I have stayed at this property complex 3 times now as a solo traveller. The staff are all friendly and especially the security guards. I like the layout of the apartments over the two floors with the sun terrace at the top. The kitchen is well equipped and having a bottle of water left waiting for me on arrival is always a nice touch. There was cockroach spray under the sink which I always use to spray everywhere as cockroaches in summer time are pretty standard. The bedroom is basic and I’ve slept in comfier beds however it was fine for the short time I spent there. Bathroom was spotlessly clean on every stay, as was the kitchen. Wifi was good. It’s a shame there’s no water in the pool as this would be nice, however I like to say hello to the different cats who laze around there. The location is ideal for me as I spend all day out walking and all evening out eating and having drinks. It’s right beside Lava Lounge and across from Tramps so you do get a lot of noise from Veronica’s strip which won’t stop until 4am when everything shuts. This didn’t really bother me as I was mostly out every night, however it is loud enough to hear the songs word for word! For the cheapest accommodation around in Las Americas as a solo traveller, this property has served me well. I will continue to stay here each time I come on solo trips. I’m glad I’m not too fussy and ignored all negative reviews as I always have a great stay here.

Only one towel per week, clearly not enouhg. I can't remember ever staying somewhere with such a terribly uncomfortable bed. Close to the beach, but only suitable for partygoers. The party noise lasts until the morning. ​

When we got there the concierge was very nice and friendly spoke English well but all other staff did not, we had three apartments, two were very spacious, one was very cramped and dark, all apartments had cockroaches in and were dirty, one of the staff member actually killed a cockroach in front of us inside one of the apartments. One apartment had a flooded toilet on arrival too. The apartment’s mostly accommodated workers who sell stuff in Tenerife on the street and also many people were taking ***** on the roofs. Some buildings were non-liveable around us, we could here the clubs beside us, we might as well been at the club. When complaining about this all the staff were very rude, they tried to fix some problems but not all. We decided to leave the apartments after 1 night, when handing the keys back all the staff were very rude and made us feel very awkward. They just took the keys and did not say anything. Pool was drained and fenced off. If the apartments were looked after it would of been a lovely place and location is the best part about it. It’s a shame.

I have never stayed in such a bad accommodation. The apartment from the kitchen to the bathroom is quite dirty, stinks and full of cockroaches. The flat is next to a very popular disco and the walls are not soundproofed. You can even reach the drinks counter from the window, so close. There is a party every day of the week from 6 pm to 6 am. It's like lying next to the DJ. To sleep is impossible…The owner was not helpful, but extremly arrogant, he did not even care how we feel ourselves in his place. After the first night, we checked out and left the place and looked for a new place to stay. We could not even reclaim the price of the apartment for the rest of the nights. Keep away yourself from this place.
