Hello , I’m going here next Wednesday & wondering if anyone knows if they do all inclusive there please ?? And if so do they know if you can upgrade ?

Just back from a week staying here. Hotel was fine apart from the lifeguard who for whatever reason decided to ban all balls, inflatables, toys from the pool for half a day on the last day of our holiday. Then made a scene when people refused and he eventually backed down. Absolutely no idea what that was about but it resulted in miserable families with little children who couldn’t do anything other than be quiet and swim lengths in the pool in silence. Very strange Hotel also has a small supermarket and bar/cafe with reasonable prices and friendly staff. Not the best hotel for the less mobile as there are lots of hills but and has a taxi rank at the bottom of the hill outside reception. 2min walk. Not necessarily a bad holiday but would probably choose another holiday more central

The entire complex was absolutely spotless. Staff at reception and pool were so friendly and helpful. Spacious apartment with large balcony. Lots of available sun loungers around pool and not all crammed together. Large pools, one heated. Food at pool bar lovely and very reasonably priced. 15 min walk to Los Cristianos downhill. Taxi back was between 6 and 8 Euros. No air con would probably be problematic in the hotter months. Was fine to do with the fan only on April. Pillows very flat but easily solved by asking for more from reception.

The worst possible hotel I could have ever stayed at!!! The place looked and sounded like a complete building site! Work men drilling/hammering from 8am every single morning. I went to the reception about this and she said they won’t start until 10am however the very next day drilling once again woke me up at 8am! The shower had no pressure at all just trickled out and was cold, the tap in the bathroom didn’t work, no air con just a fan that looked liked it was going to fall down and it was so loud, no Wi-Fi and our room door didn’t lock so we had a key card for no reason at all!! I can’t attach videos of all the issues I came across but honestly just in writing does not do justice of how terrible it was. The hotel itself is far out located right at the top of a steep hill so taxis is a must especially for the way back! I paid £950 for 2 of us. 4 nights, self catering and as a paying customer I expect to receive a certain level of service and I believe it fell well under the standards. My experience at this hotel has even put me off going back to Tenerife!

We stayed here for 5 nights. Nice quiet area with very spacious apartments. The kitchen had everything you’ll need and a shop on sight. We hired a car so getting places was easy for us. I would have scored it higher if it wasn’t for the mattresses and pillows in the room. They were so thin and cheap it made sleeping so uncomfortable!!

Hotel is decent for price we paid over Easter. It’s only self catering now but has a shop onsite which is open from 10-6 and prices ain’t too bad. Also pool bar open from 8-8 which does food and again prices not too bad. The pools were a great size and one was definitely more heated. No sunbed wars or rush in morning. Pools actually got busier the later it got as it seemed to get sunnier and hotter much later in the afternoon. The rooms are ok, kitchen and bathroom is very dated, the bed and pillows are rock hard and the balcony is huge. The reception staff are very friendly. The free bus only holds 6 people and comes at 10.30/11.30 everyday except a Sunday. Drop off is at Hard Rock Cafe down the main centre and pick up at 5.30pm again. Taxi is around 10 euro max down. The hill to get from reception to my room is very steep! Block 2, rooms 008,009. The only reason I wouldn’t come back is simply the location. Never stayed this far out before.

This holiday was nice. Not the best I’ve been on but nice. Our family of 4 came and the pull out beds were horrendous, so uncomfortable. We could walk to Kos Cristianos that was nice but recommend getting a taxi back as the hotel is right at the top of a big hill and I mean biiiiig!!

Lovely apartment Very friendly staff The only problem is there’s no entertainment on at the night time everything closes Pool area and snack bar we’re nice Rooms we’re clean and tidy and also a fantastic view of the mountains
