Meilleurs hôtels 5 étoiles à Playa de las Americas

Depuis mon dernier voyage à Ténérife, il y a 15 ans, et les commentaires ci-dessous sont basés sur les expériences internationales de cinq étoiles dans le monde entier. Voici ce que j'ai connu sur cette réservation :- Positif 1.Check dans / hors processus rapide et professionnel. 2.Direct accès à la plage via la zone de piscine. 3.Breakfast Buffet avec choix de sièges internes et externes était excellent. 4.Evening Le divertissement entre 21:00 et 23:00 hs était bon. Negatif 1. Allocate R3101 à l'arrivée et entré pour trouver le bain était extrêmement sale et nécessaire la purification de solvants pour supprimer une grande accumulation de poussière de l'échelle de l'eau autour de la zone de plongée (environ 200 mm) au jour). La cause principale de ce problème est une fuite de la connexion du tuyau de douche qui reste à corriger. La télévision était en panne et ne pouvait pas être éteinte. le contrôle à distance. 3. Le mécanisme de piston de zinc a été brisé et j'ai été montré comment supprimer le piston une fois par jour La maison a nettoyé la chambre. 4. Le mécanisme de verrouillage sur la porte de glissement de la balcone est cassé et est extrêmement difficile à ouvrir / fermer. 5. Une seule, oui une serviette de piscine fournie / client à la piscine via une carte plastique que vous êtes tenu de Le service de la piscine est un service de remise en forme. Le personnel du bar de la piscine était le plus doux et très soignant. Il y a un restaurant de bières appelé la Banque, - c'était absolument brillant. Et malheureusement, le club de plage n'a pas montré la même qualité quand il est arrivé à la nourriture et au service.

arrival 11th October, the hotel sits on higher ground skirting the golf course it owns. The reception is beautiful and the doorman helpful. Room 6 a duplex suite is in my opinion the worst room of the complex, having no brochure views of the pool or golf course from which we decided upon this Suite. I pointed this out to the reception and asked for a different room. Only 4 in the hotel so no move. Downgrade us to give us a view was met with a denial hotel full, even though other guests were being moved throughout the week, Jet2 was no help here as the complaint was addressed 3 days into holiday. My view on the hotel. is mixed, a beautiful building filled with wonderful guests but the management in particular have an air of arrogance. The restaurant matradee one good one bad, no names mentioned, we did comment on this, the waiting staff were excellent and at the end of the week we will miss them. Other guests suggested we check our bill and indeed it was wrong,but put right upon clarification. The tvs for us in english kept dropping out and the bedroom tv did not give us english for the first 2 days until it was fixed. The air con is adequate and a haven to cool off in this exceptional week of hot weather for the time of year. but it does not attain the set temp rate. and 21 degs was best we could get during the night time. and given the size of the rooms it never will. it looks to be a central controlled system. The golf course was a pleasure to play, variation and elevation nicely set around some water features, you a paired with other golfers from the hotel with fill in from external bookings, it is also reasonably priced given the buggy is free to use during your stay at the hotel, Pool and bar for us was used to dip and cool off and never looked overcrowded. The terrace dining experience was fantastic watching the sunsets as we ate over an hour for the 3 course fare of offer. enough variation for a week. but Felt some of the specials were not to the stannard of the set al a carte menu. In all, a fine hotel with a relaxing atmosphere but away from the centre of anything. shortcomings spoilt this experience which doesn't come cheap.

El hotel está muy bien situado. El personal es muy atento y amable y todo está muy limpio. Sólo desayuné en el hotel y la verdad es que tenían un amplio surtido de productos para comer. Con respecto a la piscina es muy pequeña y en la zona que está ubicada no hay espacio ni para un pequeño bar que sirva bebidas o algún snack. Tenías que sacar las bebidas de una máquina expendedora. Nadie controla la zona de piscina con lo cual cualquier cosa puede ocurrir y no precisamente buena. No se me ocurrió sacar fotos del hotel. No me compensa la calidad/precio. Hay hoteles de la misma categoría por la zona con mejores instalaciones

Un établissement où il est possible de mettre une très bonne note !MAIS ! Oui malheureusement il y a un mais … Ce n’est pas écrit sur la description mais à notre arrivée le spa était fermé et a réouvert en cours de séjour mais ce n’est pas le problème car c’est en raison de la pandémie le problème c’est que avant qu’il ouvre on m’avait donné un tarif de 15euros et après l’ouverture le jeudi on me dit que le fait qu’il y ai beaucoup de monde il on du augmenté l’accès à 60e !! Et au lieu de 2h à 1h du foutage de gueule ! Je trouve pas ça du tout correct niveau animation il y a une dame très gentil et très bien mais il est mentionné mini club que je n’ai jamais vu ouvert et la personne seul ne peut pas tout faire donc je pense que c’est pour ça qu’il n’y avait pas de mini club de disponible malgré beaucoup d’enfant présent .. l’isolation des chambres et très très mal on entend tout le monde dans les couloirs les soirs alors avec des bébés c’est compliqué apart ça tout le reste est super le buffet est bien le personnels entier et également très très bien je recommande cette hôtel malgré tout

First time at this hotel and certainly won’t be out last,Upgraded to pool view room with amazing views.Room slightly tired but was still lovely,food at breakfast the best Iv had in any hotel Iv been too with great choices.Staff always had a smile for you.Stunning views from entrance onto the beach,hotel is just so special and the restaurant is so vast we never felt crowded like others wev stayed at and the pianist is a lovely touch while eating.Only issue for us we’re the eggs at breakfast as the eggs were only cooked one side and I like mine cooked both sides.Had scrambled instead so didn’t bother us too much.Lovely pool area and the jacuzzi was great to cool down.Next time while upgrade to plunge pool room.

Petit séjour d’une semaine en chambre, privilège… Hôtel toujours parfait avec un accueil agréable avec le sourire. Le service privilège est vraiment top, car vous êtes à l’écart et chouchouter par le personnel : accès au solarium, accès au restaurant privé pour le petit déjeuner, et le souper. Soft et alcool disponible toute la journée ainsi que nourriture, nourriture succulentes, servi tout au long de la journée. Pour le reste, toujours parfait et très bon rapport qualité prix! Petit plus : soft et machine a café dans la chambre avec service de serviette de plage changé chaque jour! Oreiller et matelas confortable et personnalisé!

Lovely hotel at a very good location. Modern, nicely decorated for Christmas. Polite staff, good choice for breakfast and dinner. Christmas dinner was something out of this world( been to many hotels, but Xmas dinner now will be hard to match). Not sure if it is always like this but we were the youngest in the hotel(43&47)during the first part of holidays and only later some other younger people joined us. The average age was 60's 😁 This hotel is not orientated to children but for us it was perfect- no screaming and shouting and our girl had fun in the pool by Herself and her cousin🤣 I wanted to book Spring Hotel Bitacora at first but now I am thinking that I made an excellent choice . That said, I might try it out next time just because of the All nclusive service Bitacora provides. It was a nice quiet stay so if you expect something like Turkey, eith music around the pool, kids disco and shows, this hotel is not for you. We were half board and 4 days we ate at the pool bar and were never disappointed. Good food and reasonable prices. We didn't book UP option because we were with the kids( it's for 18+)but if I ever come without them- I will try it out! Pros: Very good location Modern hotel Heated pools( wheelchair friendly) Good food and service Cons: No shampoo in a room! It's a first for me 🙈 The tiles in the pool (mosaic) need replacement. My daughter filled probably half of the carrier bag from the bottom saw of the pool🤣 All in all- perfect stay and believe me, I am picky. It is one of the hotels I would recommend to my friends and family
