It’s hard to imagine how a pocket boutique anywhere could be better. We loved it! Six stars! Location: Near the crest of the historic Old Town, a stone’s throw from the Roman theater, you pass under a spindly boom pole setting the tone that you are entering a special gated community. (Just tell the watch person you are a hotel guest.) Décor: It really is an art gallery. Original paintings by contemporary Bulgarian artists are installed throughout. The little breakfast/refreshment keller has catalogues and books about them. The rooms are few enough that you have the sense of staying in a private home. And the wonderful blending of historic, quirky and contemporary touches results in a delightful envelope of character. Barely open two years, it has the assured demeanor of a comfortable longtime resident. Rooms: We stayed in a Deluxe Room on the top floor. What fun to lie in bed gazing at the stars through matching skylights with electronic controls for the shade and shutter on each side. Good storage, outlets, and sitting space. Bathrobes, luxurious Etro amenities, sleek fittings in the bathroom. A small balcony gave us a view over the city. We took a full, leisurely room service breakfast. Service: The door opened to a warm welcome, a full rundown of the routine, and a chance to pre-order breakfast. Checkout was equally friendly and efficient. There is no elevator, but the evening manager carried our bag up when he showed us the room. Surroundings: Although not immediately obvious, street parking is easy; the historic mansions from various periods are an architectural delight. But be aware, the cobblestone streets are serious; it’s no place for heels! Finally, a note to snobs: Until we checked out, I had no idea I had just stayed at a Best Western. If The BW Premier Collection is an example of their latest foray, I’ll be looking for more stays with them. Bravo!

Grand avec superbe emplacement, personnel, belles chambres avec tout, belles petits-déjeuners près de la rivière Maritsa

Nous avons séjourné ici 5 nuits. Nous avons été améliorés en tant que membres de diamants avant notre arrivée à une suite magnifique, qui a été très appréciée. Nous avons trouvé tout sans spots propre et très confortable. L'hôtel est particulièrement bien conçu, avec des finitions de haut niveau, des douches et des lits confortables. L'A/C fonctionnait parfaitement et la chambre était cool pendant le temps vraiment chaud ...we n'a dû la tourner que occasionnellement. Les chambres sont très bien réparties. La suite de 1 chambre a 2 salles de bains complètes, avec un niveau de confort fantastique. Nous sommes des bébés sains et des plantes et nous sommes tous deux très heureux de la grande sélection de fruits, salades, olives, magnifiques tapinade d'olive, pains et autres options fraîches. Il y a aussi de grands magasins de produits et un DM très proche. Pour moi, c'était le rare séjour sans défaut. Je ne m'attendais pas à ce que dans la Bulgarie ....grand travail de l'équipe ici. :)

Il y a deux ans, j'ai visité cet hôtel et écrit un commentaire plus tard. J'ai pensé que l'hôtel était le meilleur Holiday Inn de toute ma expérience de voyage (J'ai été en voyage et séjour environ 40-50 nuits par an dans les hôtels Holiday Inn dans le monde depuis 10 ans). J'ai toujours le même avis - c'est le meilleur hôtel Holiday Inn que j'ai visité et séjourné à. L'hôtel est très proche de la Vieille ville, juste au-dessus de la rivière Maritsa. Il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants à 1-10 min à pied. Le restaurant de l'hôtel propose un petit déjeuner de qualité gourmet, tant de nourriture que de boissons. L'hôtel est très confortable et vous avez été très confortable.

L'appartement est tout simplement parfait, très lumineux, propre, moderne et nouveau, et il a tout ce qu'il a besoin pour un court séjour. Et l'hôte est super joli et professionnel. Nous avons eu le parking et nous avons pu vérifier un peu avant l'heure prévue.

J'ai séjourné plusieurs fois, cet hôtel est très bon marché, mais les conditions sont très bonnes, le prix est très élevé, enregistrement 6 heures plus tôt, il n'y a pas de problème, ajouter un petit-déjeuner équivaut à rester deux nuits et à ne dépenser qu'une nuit d'argent
