We took 2 rooms a twin and a suite. Twin was so tiny you could not really move around. The bathroom also very tiny and the shower and the sink in the same place with no separation. You can shower and wash your hand at the same time…. The suite size was acceptable, but the usb plugs were not working, the shower had no soaps, and flooded the entire bathroom as the water was coming under the glass partition, it was very unpleasant. The cleaning of the rooms does not follow Covid best practices as rooms are turned around within a couple of hours. The receptionist apologies for the delayed check in as the rooms were occupied the night before and were been cleaned “quickly”.??? Finally and in time of Covid, not 1 person was wearing masks, staff (reception and housekeeping) or guests. Aside of 1 dispenser of alcohol gel there are absolutely no measures in place which I find unconscious, irresponsible unprofessional and unacceptable. Sadly even if it seemed to be one of the best rated hotel in Plovdiv, minimal standards are not respected. Very disappointed about the whole experience.

This hotel is perfect in every way. It is a small sized hotel which is what we prefer. We stayed in the premium room and it was very comfortable - nothing over the top or super luxury - but everything one wants and needs and very comfortable bed and modern. The only comment on the room is it would be good to have two chairs to sit in - instead of a chair and a stool but that is very minor. The room was perfectly clean and there was lift access to the rooms. The common area is very nice to sit - with a beautiful cafe and courtyard. The breakfast was exceptional - the best we had anywhere in Romania and Bulgaria - the quality was perfect with lots of variety and excellent coffee. We stayed three days in Plovdiv, and it was worthwhile as there is a lot to see and do we could have stayed more and done day trips. The staff are really friendly and provide excellent service without being annoying. The tour of the building was great, the history of what is underneath just adds to the charm. I would definitely stay here again if returning to Plovdiv.

Very angry, not polite, not correct and not friendly manager on the reception. I felt unthinkable rudeness here, disrespectful attitude towards guests. For other staff no questions, only the administrator had terrible behavior. Let's hope that someday the administrator will know and feel the humiliating attitude towards himself personally. Perhaps she will be in future a good person, but there are strong doubts about this. Never, never will back to this hotel!

It’s hard to imagine how a pocket boutique anywhere could be better. We loved it! Six stars! Location: Near the crest of the historic Old Town, a stone’s throw from the Roman theater, you pass under a spindly boom pole setting the tone that you are entering a special gated community. (Just tell the watch person you are a hotel guest.) Décor: It really is an art gallery. Original paintings by contemporary Bulgarian artists are installed throughout. The little breakfast/refreshment keller has catalogues and books about them. The rooms are few enough that you have the sense of staying in a private home. And the wonderful blending of historic, quirky and contemporary touches results in a delightful envelope of character. Barely open two years, it has the assured demeanor of a comfortable longtime resident. Rooms: We stayed in a Deluxe Room on the top floor. What fun to lie in bed gazing at the stars through matching skylights with electronic controls for the shade and shutter on each side. Good storage, outlets, and sitting space. Bathrobes, luxurious Etro amenities, sleek fittings in the bathroom. A small balcony gave us a view over the city. We took a full, leisurely room service breakfast. Service: The door opened to a warm welcome, a full rundown of the routine, and a chance to pre-order breakfast. Checkout was equally friendly and efficient. There is no elevator, but the evening manager carried our bag up when he showed us the room. Surroundings: Although not immediately obvious, street parking is easy; the historic mansions from various periods are an architectural delight. But be aware, the cobblestone streets are serious; it’s no place for heels! Finally, a note to snobs: Until we checked out, I had no idea I had just stayed at a Best Western. If The BW Premier Collection is an example of their latest foray, I’ll be looking for more stays with them. Bravo!

L'hôtel est réservé à la restitution de la voiture à l'aéroport le lendemain. Le lit est relativement grand, les équipements sont neufs et le parking est pratique. Il est à dix minutes en voiture de l'aéroport. Il y a un lido à côté. Il y a moins de restaurants autour et le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est relativement simple.

Nous avons été ici en avril 2024 et nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel pendant deux nuits. À l'arrivée notre chambre n'était pas prête, mais nous avons pu laisser nos sacs pour aller et explorer la ville. Nous avons été accueillis à l'hôtel par Vladimir, qui était devant le gestionnaire de maison. Son sourire de rayonnement l'a fait très attentive pour poser des questions sur les lieux de visite et les conseils pour les bars de restaurants dans la région. Vladimir était plus que heureux d'aider et de fournir des recommandations de plus et plus haut des lieux artisanaux et des restaurants que nous aurions trouvés attrayants. L'hôtel est situé dans une grande localisation à quelques minutes de marche des attractions principales mais à quelques minutes de marche de la route pour se sentir ségrégé et tranquille. Les chambres étaient belles et spacieuses, en fait probablement les plus grandes chambres d'hôtel que j'ai vu le Radisson faire. La petite bijoux de cet hôtel Hass pour être le spa gratuit pour les invités à utiliser et les traitements sont disponibles à ce que je considérerais être très raisonnable prix par exemple j'ai eu une exfoliation et un massage de 80 minutes qui a travaillé autour de £65 quelque chose que vous Il ne serait certainement pas en Grande-Bretagne, il faut faire un grand cri à notre masseur Saiska qui a fourni un massage et une exfoliation absolument incroyable vraiment l'un des meilleurs que j'aie jamais eus. Le spa est bien équipé avec salle à vapeur et zones de relaxation. Nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour non seulement dans cet hôtel mais aussi dans l'ensemble de Plovdiv. 100% si je revenais, cet hôtel serait réservé sans hésiter.

During my recent business trip to Bulgaria with my Italian partners, we discovered a great new hotel. The quality of the rooms was fantastic, with amenities such as a coffee machine, complimentary water bottles, flip-flops, and shoe-cleaning sponges. The parking was well-organized and innovative, with electronic recognition of license plates. You are asked by email the day before your arrival to send your plate information to the reception before arrival, and your car will be automatically recognized at the entry zone. The hotel also boasts fantastic restaurants and the breakfast buffet was one of the nicest I have experienced in Bulgaria. Overall, this hotel is one of the best new options for business travel in the country. The same ownership as the nearby Jagerhof craft brewery and restaurant is also great. Keep in mind the restaurant is super popular in Plovdiv and often full. They make some of the best beer in Bulgaria; Germany built the beer production facility everything with Bavarian equipment and technology. As the city of Plovdiv has been booming in recent years, hotels like this are so much-needed
