Il convient de noter qu'il y a actuellement une vague de chaleur ici au Royaume-Uni. Je ne m'attendais cependant pas à trouver une chambre d'hôtel dont la température était de plus de 30°. Désormais, la climatisation pouvait à peine s'ouvrir pour laisser passer toute forme de brise car il faisait environ 20° dehors. Le ventilateur fourni soufflait simplement l'air chaud résiduel et la poussière dans la pièce. la soi-disant fonction d'appel de la pièce n'était pas activée, était éteinte et ne fonctionnait pas. Et quels que soient les draps qu’ils utilisaient, ils ne faisaient qu’amplifier la chaleur, alors supposez qu’ils n’étaient probablement pas un mélange de coton.

J'avais un rendez-vous important dans la région et mon hôtel habituel était complet. J'ai été surpris de voir à quel point le personnel était serviable lorsqu'il s'agissait de problèmes rencontrés. La chambre était en train de rôtir sans air conditionné ! Ce n’est pas la faute du personnel, mais c’est quelque chose que chaque hôtel devrait désormais avoir. Cela dit, la chambre était impeccable et le personnel de l'hôtel et du restaurant était toujours là pour vous aider. J'y retournerais en hiver mais l'été sans climatisation est un non non.

What can I say that hasn't already been said about Premier Inn? Spacious rooms with comfy beds....Although NOT as comfy as they used to be for some reason?! Like any chain,some are a little better than others,a little fresher,or a little more modern....This one is pretty much in the middle,not the most modern,but definitely not the 'tired' end of the scale. Tea/coffee making facilities✔️ Shower/bath combo✔️ 1 plug socket by the bed,but a few on the side by the kettle Room 1 is pretty much directly behind the reception area,so there was quite a bit of door opening/closing action going on,and this was around 1am,so be aware of that when booking,but all things said and done,a decent room. I travel quite a bit for my work,so a lot of the time I'm literally just checking in around midnight, and leaving again in the morning,so didn't really have chance to get a feel for the room,if I was staying in there all day,but great for what I needed. Keep being you Premier Inn,and please don't ever change.

Clean comfy stay. Only bad point is my room had been freshly painted and the smell of paint is still very overwhelming (room 10 main building) desk reception was very pleasant and warming - 2 young ladies with excellent professionalism -Esther & inga thankyou for the warm welcome

Had a really great stay at this premier Inn, all the facilities you could need with good food and comfortable rooms. Reception staff were really helpful and welcoming especially Inga. Thank you for a wonderful short stay and would definitely recommend.

Always love this hotel. Great place to stay if you’re visiting Santa Pod, Silverstone, Drayton Manor, we’ve even stayed here midway between our trip up to Alton Towers. Lovely staff. Clean bedrooms and the usual comfy beds. The fan in the room is a nice idea for the hotter months. Love that you can help yourself to more tea and milk in the reception. We did a meal deal which includes dinner, drink and breakfast next morning. Good value, food was excellent at dinner and was served quickly. Breakfast next morning was so much better than our local Premier Inn. Hot food available on the buffet (in our local we have to order everything except toast and you can never time cooking your toast to match when the food comes out so your food usually ends up getting cold!). Fresh croissants, pastries, crumpets, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, something for everyone. Highly recommended.
