I stayed here for one night, and it was a flawless experience. The hotel is incredibly clean, modern, and well-maintained, with rooms fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The front desk staff were highly professional, welcoming, and spoke excellent English.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is their exceptional guest service. I originally planned to take a bus to Lumbini and asked the front desk for assistance. They went above and beyond by calling the owner over to help me. I was initially a bit skeptical, assuming it might be an expensive upsell for private transport. However, after an honest conversation, the owner offered us an incredibly competitive and fair price simply because we were guests at his hotel.
The private transfer turned out to be the best decision we made, thanks to our phenomenal driver. He spoke fluent English, was genuinely kind, and was an exceptionally cautious driver, which was incredibly reassuring given how winding and bumpy the roads can be. He even thoughtfully offered to pull over at a gorgeous scenic suspension bridge so we could take photos.
When we arrived in Lumbini, he proactively gave us invaluable advice on how to navigate the area and how much time to allocate to each spot. We did not even think to ask for this information, but we realized later just how incredibly useful his advice actually was.
I rarely leave hotel reviews, but the outstanding kindness from the owner, the staff, and our brilliant driver deeply impressed me. If any of them are reading this: thank you so much for everything, and I wish you all the absolute best!
