First floor apartment in the noted wine village of Pommard close to medieval Beaune at the heart of the Burgundy wine industry.
Secure parking and views over the adjacent chateau and it's beautifully restored gardens which are open to the public.
Quality accommodation offering 2 bedrooms, large bathroom, walk in shower, separate WC and well fitted kitchen with washer dryer and dishwasher.

Ideally situated close to road and rail links to explore this beautiful and historic region of France. Local bike hire available to explore the vineyards that surround the village.

The apartment is situated a short walk from the busy centre of this charming wine village.
You will find some of the world's finest vineyards, a boulangerie, butcher, bar/café, wine bar, chocolaterie and several restaurants within a few minutes walk of the apartment.
There are helpful wine merchants in the village square plus opportunities to taste and buy from individual producers.
Les Epenots has been given a 4* status by the Cote d'Or tourist board. Pommard, with Beaune and other nearby villages, has joined the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites in 2015.

There are a number of different activities available in the surrounding area, including cycling, golfing, through some of the most beautiful countryside to be seen in France. In Beaune, you will always find something to do. This bustling medieval town has over 50 eateries, numerous wine merchants, street fairs, parks and gardens. Superbe
Un appartement superbe aménagé avec goût jusqu’au plus petit détail… seul point négatif : pas très propre dans les coins (cuisine, toilettes), il serai également temps de remplacer certaines choses : chaîne hi-fi, les couettes (très sales!), et les poêles)

Excellent séjour à Pommard!
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Frédéric. Le lieu est superbe, merveilleusement bien décoré et très bien situé. Je recommande vivement!

Excellent séjour!
Tout était très bien. Nous avons profité du gîte pendant 4 jours et nous serions crus à la maison. Il ne manquait rien. La literie était impeccable.
Un seul bémol.... nous sommes arrivés le vendredi midi et avons dû faire la chasse aux guêpes qui ont dû se nicher dans une poutre du salon. Nous avons dû en ramasser et tuer une bonne cinquantaine. Nous avons eu le propriétaire qui nous a dit qu'une entreprise devait passer. Cela a un peu gâché le séjour malgré tout... Heureusement que nous n'avions pas d'enfants en bas âge car nous n'arions pas pu rester! J'espère que vous prendrez en compte notre souci et qu'un petit geste pourra être fait de votre part. Sinon nous reviendrons sans problème dans ce gîte.

Séjour à Pommard
Nous avons séjourné à Pommard pendant 4 jours, séjour que nous avons adoré. L'appartement est très propre, la décoration est super. Tout y est pour la cuisine. Et il est situé dans une très belle région. L'hôte était disponible au besoin.

Très bel endroit
Joli château de Pommard avec jardin à 5min à pieds de la résidence qui est vraiment dans un endroit calme et paisible !
