4 stars for the chef, 2.5 for the place. We had gone here for 31st dinner, i suffer from gluten allergy, chef Karna was helpful in guiding and preparing food for me. Although it was really difficult to catch hold of the staff, had to personally go and ask for update on our order. The food was tasty though, we had risotto and bbq cottage cheese with herb rice.

Merci à mon agent de voyages Services International, qui a fait les réservations pour moi au Le Dupleix, Pondicherry, ce rêve a été accompli avec le feu! Mon court séjour de trois nuits dans cet hôtel magnifique au centre-ville, m'a donné toutes les chances de voir et d'expérimenter ce que la visite de Pondicherry est comme! Le temps que j'ai pris pour visiter, le guide Babur qui m'a accompagné dans la ville pour la journée, et le conducteur M. Bala de Services International a fait le voyage avec plaisir absolu ! Mais le personnel du Dupleix, dirigé par Mme Kutiva, Mme Jemima, leur groupe de garderie avec Mme Padmani, m'a rendu tout plus agréable mon séjour ici ! La première fois, je vais visiter les amis et une famille, et je donnerai à The Dupleix une très haute recommandation, de préférence pour demander des chambres au sol ou au deuxième étage ! Tout le reste va se passer et vous fera l'amour de vous atteindre Pondicherry encore plus! Merci Mme Kovita et l'équipage pour le séjour le plus mémorable jamais!

It's the only good looking hotel by the beach. While booking the room, mention how many of them are staying here even if its just 2 person. I booked 3 rooms but the hotel charged us for 3 person the reason that they gave was a ******** saying that each room was booked under one person name, so we will charge for the extra 1 occupancy. Except this, this hotel is perfect in every thing.

One of the best hotels i have stayed at. The breakfast menu is really nice with lots of varieties. Staff hospitality is excellent, friendly staff ready to help. Rooms are neat and spacious. It is in the heart of the city with most of the places reachable in a 2-3 kms radius.

Très bon hôtel. Le personnel est très attentif et serviable notamment Tamil. Excellent restaurant qui s’adapte au goût du client. Excellent massage effectué par Marie. Attention cependant au bruit de travaux le di***che à partir de 7.45

Came to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too.. Pro: -Service is super fast and feel like luxury. -Indoor pool was great and very clean. -Gym had trainers in the evening i guess. -Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide. -centre of the city yet so quiet -Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious - iPad with lot of high tech - expresso was had to make but they give help u. - good Wi-Fi - valet parking Con: Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it. Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

This was the first stop of our New Year trip to India, staying in CGH earth properties. Situated in the heart of the French Quarter of Puducherry, Palais de Mahe is a short walking distance from the beach. The hotel is so beautiful that people take selfies of themselves outside the front door. In keeping with the overall appearance of the hotel our room gave the feel of French architecture and was spacious, with high ceilings. Amazing appearance and comfort. Of the many highlights the pool and restaurant that is situated on a terrace, deserve a mention. The food in terms of quality and variety was exceptional. What impressed us the most was the staff and the quality service they provided, it was just excellent. From arranging airport pickup/transfer to a visit to the Auroville Matrimandir (Golden Globe) we felt in good hands. We couldn’t have picked a better hotel to start our holiday and celebrate the New Year.

In a simple city we loved our cosy stay in this property. The rooms are big and so is the buffet. The food is authentic south Indian and has global options too. It has a swimming pool and spa facility too. The hotel staff is very courteous but language is a problem. Hence communication seems to be a challenge.

Nous avons réservé une chambre double standard qui était spacieuse et très bien entretenue. La chambre était nettoyée à midi en présence des invités. La télévision dans la chambre était une Samsung Smart TV qui nous a aidé à stream shows sur OTT ainsi que de la Cable. Le petit déjeuner offert au toit entre 8 - 9.30 A.M. Il était entièrement végétarien, très bien géré avec plusieurs offres sud-indiennes ***** avec un compteur de Dosa Live. La réception propose également des cabines/scooters pour la vue.
