The location of this place is just perfect, accessible to good restaurants, cafes, street food and liquor store as well. The guy at the reception was very kind and helpful. The room are also tip-top condition, the best part for me is the kitchenette provided. Had a great stay here!

Great points:
1) location: very close to promenade beach etc, good restaurants close by
2) spacious accommodation: it is actually 1 bhk flat. Room with toilet + hall + kitchenette
3) courteous helpful staff: caretaker mr. Prasad guided about pondicherry
4) allows early check-in or late check-out at no extra cost. 5) clean toilets, bed sheets etc. Not so good things:
inside rooms #201, #202) do not have windows. Ac may be there. But room should have windows.

Excellent stay at property. Check in process was very smooth and host responded us and welcomed us. Property was very clean and feasible with main location and also they have very spacious rooms when compared with other hotels in that area
