Nous sommes restés 3 jours dans une suite de cet hotel entre amis (3 personnes). Nous avons eu quelques soucis : un lit ***quant à l'arrivée dans la chambre, le wifi qui ne marchait pas tout le temps, la smart tv qui ne se connectait pas (toujours à cause du wifi), certaines prises n'acceptant pas les prises francaises (securité à ouvrir avec un crayon avant de mettre la prise) CEPENDANT, le service était excellent et le personnel etait aux petits soins au moindre problème. La nourriture au restaurant etait excellente et variée. L'un des plus beau hotel dans lesquels j'ai pu aller!

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel, l'accueil était parfait. Une mention particulière pour Kamali qui nous a fait part d'une attention toute particulière et qui a été au petits soins avec nous. Un grand merci à elle pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Le point d'amélioration serait le petit déjeuner.

Magnifique palais colonial très bien situé proche de la mer et superbe chambre. Très bon accueil. Le restaurant à l’étage est très sympa. Petite piscine un peu fraîche et Massage ***yedique à 4 mains exceptionnel . Personnel très attentionné . Petit déjeuner un peu décevant.Les hôtels indiens ont adopté un filtrage de l’eau qu’ils conditionnent dans des bouteilles en verre pour éviter les bouteilles plastique , excellente initiative et aucun problème à boire cette eau .

Ils ont une équipe incroyable, depuis le bureau de front jusqu'aux restaurants et au service de la maison. L'hôtel est très bien travaillé en raison de la faible occupation due à la pandémie actuelle et ils veillent à ce qu'ils ***agèrent leurs coûts d'opérations et aussi à ce que l'invitation soit servie avec le moins d'inconfort. Nous avons séjourné pendant 4 jours et il était très confortable. La nourriture est bonne. Le check-in et le check-out est gratuit. Ils n'ont que quelques chambres opérationnelles en raison de la situation actuelle. Tous sont ensuite un lit unique. Ils devraient également ouvrir quelques chambres doubles. L'hôtel est toujours propre. Les lits sont bien faits. Applaudissements à l'équipe à Sunway.
