I recently stayed at the Golden Tulip Pontianak and had a truly fantastic experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the strong Wi-Fi.

This is roughly our third times book the hotel. And the first time we think its not worth it as we got high floor but no window room. Very disappointed, my parent don’t know that actually can request for a better room instead.

Never believed when they said they can provide baby crib, i requested baby crib when i booked, and they confirmed, day-1 before checked in i reminded they again they confirmed, on the day checked in i reminded again they said ok, when checked in, i asked they said the baby crib was ready in the room, when i entered the room there’s no baby crib there, i asked them they said they will deliver later, but until 3 days i checked they never deliver the baby crib, so dissapointed. Why not just said there no baby crib.. they said yes but the act is zonkk

I book the hotel for my parents and they love the room. It is clean and proper. It’s just not too close to restaurants and food stall.

This was a first trip to Pontianak for us, and it was a pleasant surprise. It was within walking distance to the city centre, and it was easy to hail a grab. The counter staff helped us to find a car and a driver to take us to Singkawang. All very pleasant holiday experience.
