Séjour charmant, chaleureux, confortable, la marque à la réception est allée au-delà lorsque sa fille voulait un chocolat chaud. Merci J'ai également adoré les bonbons pour les enfants à notre arrivée et aidez-vous à libérer un sachet de thé et du café, ce qui était un envoi de Dieu Merci

L'hôtel est trop grand pour le petit restaurant. J'ai dû aller ailleurs pour le dîner car ils ne pouvaient accueillir que des invités qui avaient payé pour un repas. Lorsque vous réservez, il devrait y avoir un moyen de vous le dire.

Connor à la réception fait toujours tout son possible pour s'assurer que mon séjour est incroyable et que rien n'est de trop et s'assure que j'ai tout ce dont j'ai besoin pour rendre mon séjour le plus agréable des meilleurs hôtels

I love premier Inn Hotel Bournemouth, first and second time, really enjoyed the room, seeing the view and it was fabulous. I just can’t believe that I came back to Bournemouth Premier Inn Hotel for one night only and everything has changed. I’m happy.

I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with the stay I had there for myself my partner and her 10 year old child. We arrived Friday 30th May for 2 night stay. We paid for 2 day meal deal offer at the hotel from breakfast and dinner. We booked a table for 3 at 20.30 arrived in the restaurant at 20.20 we had drinks which came 21.15 there was still no food given to us. We asked the waitress 4 times where our food was but she never checked on the progress of our order she totally blanked us. We had to get another waitress at 21.30 to see what was happening only to be told the chef has only started cooking our food. Yet other guests who arrived after us seated after us their food was delivered promptly. The waitress who ignored us 4 times had a terrible attitude towards myself and partner. I am Asian my partner is white English. The other guests who arrived after us were white English and treated very well by her. I complained to the evening manager who was unprofessional who just said you can have a refund but no apology or nothing was done regarding our treatment. I have put our treatment by premier inn on social media regarding how we were treated and I am going to take this further also. On Sunday we came down for breakfast which we paid for separately the same waitress was in the restaurant and kept staring at us while we were eating making my partner and her 10 year old child very uncomfortable.

I arrived late around 11:30 and the Carpark was completely full, the check in machines didn’t work but the receptionist was friendly. My room smelt a lot of old cigarettes but there was nothing they could do. It was expected but perhaps one of the older premier inns
