With high ceilings and plenty of natural light, this spacious retreat sleeps 12 and offers a cozy vibe. Featuring a newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms, plus a 2025 downstairs addition, it’s steps from the community pool. Close to Port Aransas for dining and shopping, yet far enough from the crowds for a peaceful Mustang Island getaway.
Main Floor: Relax in a spacious king bedroom or a generous queen bedroom with a day bed and trundle, both served by two newly renovated bathrooms. The expansive living and dining areas offer comfort, while the updated kitchen has stone countertops, bead board accents, a ceramic farm sink for effortless meal prep.
Ground Floor (2025 Addition): Enjoy a queen bedroom, a bunk room with four twin beds, a kitchenette, a cozy living area, a fully updated bathroom, and a convenient laundry room.
