Avis : Premiere Hotel Klang

It is beside lotus shopping mall but has to walk around 10mins. Not a tourist area.

Spacious room, strategic location

The rooms, bath room were clean and very comfortable, WIFI was smooth without lagging, there's coffee & tea maker. swimming pool was chill & relax. Walking distance few minute to next door was Lotus supermarket, there's KFC & food court also. I will come back to this hotel in future.

room was spacious, my room was infront of the pickle ball court so it's very entertaining at nite. easy to find food since it's nearby Lotus and shop lots.

Quite small space for families. Room has very strong cigarette smell

Nice and clean hotel. Suitable for families. The staff were great! Really helpful. The breakfast - basic but enjoyable.

I completely forgot to pack my 2 dresses I left in the wardrobe.   Your staff was so helpful in checking and calling me back immediately.  Your staff Mr Puvan was helpful and made arrangement to collect them from the reception.

There is a small mall beside it but aeon mall is more than 1 km away. Nothing much beside the hotel.

The hotel is good. Clean room, spacious, very quiet. Had their ramadhan buffet. And the food is great too. Friendly staff

The staff at the counter Puvan , Suguna and the contact centre staff all very very friendly and answered my questions patiently  The house keeping boy who attended our room chubby & cute with his smile assisting me with my toiletries and towels .  Overall good service but we have little bad experience with our room door #1219 Friday 8-10/8 door unable to open , according the receptionist battery low can’t fix and change another room #319 which I was not satisfied cos I prefer higher floor . Shower gel can be better and breakfast also can have more on local delight like “kueh kueh “ morning no one will take friend chicken so can change the chicken menu something else like . “Lontong  or laksa “ Hope I will come again to enjoy the lontong and laksa 🤗😄👍

I had a pleasant stay at Premiere Hotel Klang. The staff was courteous and attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. While some aspects could be improved, such as room amenities, overall, it was a good experience. I would consider staying here again.

A worth it staycation for the kids. The room was very nice, and the pool was easy to access. It makes me feel good because once I am already paid online, I do not need to prepare the deposit.

Likely to be the most decent hotel in klang. Was there for cny visit. Room was clean enough, able to have a good sleep for 2 nights.
