It is true that we do not have an elevator, but we will do our best to assist guests who need help. Regarding swimming, the lagoon on site was once a popular place for guests to swim, but according to the instructions of the Ministry of Environment, swimming activities in the lagoon have been suspended since November 2022 due to water quality issues. However, you can still engage in water activities such as kayaking and canoeing in the lagoon. We will also continue to pay attention to the surrounding facilities and services, and look forward to the opportunity to provide you with a comfortable stay again in the future!
