"This was our third time staying here and we had a very enjoyable holiday. We stayed in a double comfort room which was perfect for us.It was very clean,had a lovely indoor seating area and a large balcony. We had the half board option which included a very nice breakfast and a full dinner service at night. The leisure facilities are amazing with an indoor and outdoor pool,sauna,steam room and a fabulous relaxation zone. Looking forward to our fourth visit to this lovely hotel."

"Our second trip to Muchele was just as great as the first. Nestled in a cozy valley between a chain of beautiful mountains, it doesn’t matter if it’s raining or sunny, the view is spectacular. While small, the hotel seemingly offers all the trimmings of any larger resort. Pools, tennis, spa and boundless, locally sourced food. The staff, led by the lovely sisters Martina and Pritzker, offer incredible service with a smile. They aim to serve and spoil. And spoiling means that you better plan to exercise (countless options) because the food is simply too delicious to pass up. Chef Holzner deserves a few Michelin stars. The 5 course dinner is a panoply of succulent flavors and beautiful presentations that rivals any top restaurant."

"La situation est très terrible sur une rue dans une sorte de zone commerciale, derrière l'autoroute et une ligne ferroviaire. Vous êtes entouré de bruit permanent. L'installation de l'appartement a été très exploitée et inentretien. La lave-vaisselle est composée de barres rouges et entend être éliminée, ainsi que l'éclairage dans la salle de bain et la cuisine. Le dispositif de télévision n'est pas en mesure d'internet. Il n'était jamais vraiment propre. La lave-vaisselle était extrêmement sale et inhygiénique. Le petit déjeuner est un toni, délicieux et de moins de qualité. Le restaurant est juste adapté aux viandes et offre peu d'alternatives. La sauna est appelée SPA - c'est pas avec elle. Pas de place pour le bien-être ou la relaxation. Nous avons regretté beaucoup d'avoir fait des vacances ici."
